Apple Pay link doesn’t work!
All went relatively well until I tried to pay wth Applepay.
The link took me to the Applepay confirmation to pay screen but when confirm to pay, the confirmation link stayed in the “processing payment” so I had to abandon this and pay using the credit card/debit card.
Grrrrrrrr.

Waiting for someone to start to review my claim.
I submitted my claim on the myexcessclaim.com portal on the 23rd April. It is clearly stated that they would be in touch within 5 working days. The 8th working day just passed and no sign of them. My claim is still in submitted status. Also, I sent an email but no one has replied. So far very poor customer experience.
I will wait a few extra days and then I will open a formal complaint.

Getting breakdown cover for my car was very easy to complete. It isn't the cheapest, but I think that it's so comprehensive it gives me assurance that I can drive anywhere in the UK with complete confidence.
