ane Insurance) — confirming my claim was received on that date. Here is all the reference numbers but don’t explain what reference number you need try to cheat me and refuse to pay that your company purpose
✅ Vehicle Reg: YJ18 00F — clear, valid, real & fully traceable
✅ YOUR OWN EMAIL states clearly: “We have supplied registration & policy number to third party”
❌ Then you falsely claim “cannot locate / no details” — this is an obvious, impossible contradiction & delaying tactic!

Stop pretending, stop asking for information you ALREADY hold for months, stop wasting time with generic replies.

Answer directly & clearly:

1. Why do you contradict your own written record?

2. What is real status & payment timeline?

3. Name third party & their reference immediately.

I have full evidence chain, every email & proof of bad faith. I have escalated to Financial Ombudsman & MP. Stop games — act professionally & resolve without further delay.

Service I received was first class from delivery of the hire vehicle through to its collection. Paperwork was rather lengthy and cumbersome though.

Avoid using this company!

I called my insurance to report a non fault accident and I was put through to this company.

From the get go they gave misleading information to get me to use their services.

I found this out the day before my car would be dropped off for repair so it was too late to do anything.

If you have the misfortune of dealing with this company, take my advice, DON’T. If you do check absolutely everything.

Initially very helpful in terms of providing my replacement vehicle after a non fault accident almost a year ago! When the third party decided they weren’t paying out, communication was really poor. I had to chase many times for any sort of update. I had to point out details such as the third party had a dashcam, which apparently they didn’t know despite it being clearly in view in images I sent them. Finally the third party have paid out, which I only found out after a month as again I had to chase them. No formal communication that the case is now closed, which is quite annoying as their last official communication was that solicitors were being instructed.
Just poor communication all around.

Very good and efficient from start to finish of my claim. Kept up to date on its progress. Courtesy car delivered to my home the day after the accident. No complaints at all.

Having not understood the write-off values clearly and now having them explained makes things easier to cope with after all we all love our cars and want the very best price. I thank you for the time and trouble with explanation and the agreed price was quickly delivered to my bank. Also a big thank you to your fleet services for providing a replacement car extremely quickly.

Avoid. Our 911 was rear ended by a lorry while stationary. Our insurer gave us the option to use Northgate on the basis that they could provide a "like-for-like" replacement during the repair process. We were allocated band SBA-12 due to the value of our own car but opted for SBA-10 to mitigate the other side's losses. We did this on the assurance of Northgate that SBA-10 would still result in us being placed into a 2 door performance vehicle.

The day before the replacement was to be delivered, we phoned to ensure the BMW 840i M Sport they had sourced at SBA-10 was the 2 door variant. They said it was. The 4 door is what showed up. They asked us to keep a hold of it while they sourced a more suitable vehicle. They phoned the next day to say they had found a 911 that they would try to obtain for us.

The next day we were told that the 911 had been given to someone else and that there were no more SBA 10s or 11s or 12s in their national fleet network.

Do not use them. They cannot deliver on the "like-for-like" USP.
