Damaged on arrival …
The vodka cans arrived in 2 separate packages. One was ok. The other, on opening, was damaged. The outside packaging box was intact and looked fine but 4 out of 12 cans were dented and burst open. They had been packed in a box with no interior packaging to stop the cans moving around in transit. It would easily have been prevented with use of biodegradable packing peanuts or packing paper.

Totally unhelpful
Signed up for the monthly cocktail and it said I’d get 30% off my first order and I didn’t emailed customer service and got replies from someone called Wilbur who didn’t want to know, he informed me I couldn’t cancel my subscription and worst still said they currently aren’t accepting returns? Some I’ve basically been ripped off and they won’t help!! Joke of a company

Order went well however first delivery delivery never arrived famaged on shipment. Replacement arrived a week later and one item then out of stock, refund given. Took nearly 3 weeks altogether to arrive.

We are glad you enjoyed your experience with the initial ordering process, but we regret that the transit damage, stock issues, and three-week delivery delay impacted your order.
