had a problem with my order where a lot of the items were not in the box when i received it. They looked into this for me and sent me them out again. I have received them this afternoon and they are all there and fine. thank you for quick replacement. Kept me fully updated during the process.

I received a damaged item (cracked at the top) and reached out immediately.
At first, I was told I was within the return window and could send it back. Then after going back and forth, I was told no replacement was possible and was offered a $20 credit instead.
The issue? The credit didn’t even match the price of the item.
So not only did I receive a defective product, but the proposed “solution” didn’t come close to making it right.
To make matters worse, communication was inconsistent the entire time — including being told they couldn’t see the photo evidence I sent.
Customer service was polite, but the overall experience was frustrating, unclear, and lacked accountability.
A damaged item should be replaced or refunded — not reduced to a partial credit that doesn’t even cover the cost.
I expected better.

I can highly recommend Au Vodka products and customer services.
I ordered products plus glasses. I had an issue with the Au glasses. I contacted customer service. OLIVIA was my contact person. She delt with my issue straight away and resolved it to 1oo% satisfaction.
I will certainly buy this product again.

Only received one of the items I ordered. The others did not arrive and so I requested that the remainder of the order was cancelled- still waiting for a refund a week later.
