Great experience! We could pick the car up at the Heraklion Port, which was a lot easier for us than a pick-up at Heraklion Airport. We chose a medium sized car, which was a good choice because we needed to drive long distances.
Would totally recommend!

Super Autovermietung auf Kreta Rethymno
Wir haben zwei Mal über unser Hotel bei Autoway ein Auto gemietet. In beiden Fällen wurden uns innerhalb einer halben Stunde, also, spontane Entscheidung, ein Auto zum super Preis zur Verfügung gestellt. Beide Autos waren in sehr gepflegten Zustand. Die Einweisung war ausreichend auf den Punkt gebracht. Der Rückgabezeitraum wurde großzügig vereinbart. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, auch mit der freundlichen Mitarbeiterin Ireni von Autoway.

Alquiler de coches en Creta - Buen precio y buenas condiciones (Sin letra pequeña)
Empresa de alquiler de coches en Creta con una gran atención al cliente y un servicio muy recomendable.
En nuestro caso alquilamos una VW Caddy para 7 personas. El coche se veía vacío por dentro, ya que le faltaba partes internas como embellecedores (aunque entiendo que, para ser un coche de alquiler para 7, tampoco precisas de nada de ello). Todo fue muy bien y el coche cumplió durante nuestra estancia en Creta.
En mi caso, acabé decepcionado ya que mi expectativa es que tendría un vehículo más nuevo y al final era una VW Caddy con más de 10 años… Sobre todo la decepción viene porque cogimos este vehículo en lugar del Nissan Evalia para asegurarnos de que fuera algo más “nuevo” pero esto finalmente no fue así… ¡Es el motivo por el cual no puedo darles 5 estrellas!
Por el resto de cosas, el servicio fue rápido e impecable (Tanto para coger el coche como para dejarlo) y posiblemente uno de los precios más bajos para vehículos de 7 plazas. Además el vehículo tenía un motor correcto que cumplió en las carreteras montañosas de Creta. No hay letra pequeña ni condiciones ocultas… Todo es claro y correcto.
Agradecer personalmente a Nico, el cual fue la persona que me atendió por WhatsApp y fue muy atento y servicial.

Un check-in personnalisé où quelqu'un nous attendait avec notre nom sur une pancarte, rapide et explication claire. Le véhicule était propre avec le plein !
Juste peut-être un petit bémol sur le poste radio un peu vétuste où nous n'avons pas pu utiliser le Bluetooth pour la musique mais c'est un détail pour nous...

Reasonable price
Reasonable price, full insurance (except tires and bottom), good service. Initially, we got a car with too old / dried up tires. After we mentioned this, we could exchange for another (more expensive) car without extra payment. Friendly and understanding staff, thanks again!

Contacted the hire car company from the Hotel reception, car rates were reasonable, collected us near to the Hotel and took us to the hire car office, friendly staff, answered all our questions. No fuss about minor scratches (although we did not add to them !). Car was perfect for what we wanted which was a few days exploring different beaches and villages.

Véhicule récent, livré à notre hôtel à Héraklion à l’horaire convenu et restitué à l’aéroport, juste en face du terminal.
Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Pas de surprise, tout s’est très bien passé.
