Great service
A very good experience with Autoway. We rented a car for 8 days and were very satisfied. We picked it up at their office in Rethymno and dropped it off at Heraklion Airport. Fully insured, no credit card deposit required. The Rethymno office is near our hotel and has its own parking lot. This is convenient, as parking can be challenging in Rethymno. There was a minor issue with the air conditioning in the first car (the temperature didn't work properly after a long drive). We were able to pick up a newer, better car without any additional costs. Airport drop-off was hassle-free. I highly recommend Autoway.

Une belle expérience en famille
La voiture correspondait parfaitement à mes attentes.
On a pu visiter de très belles plages en famille quelque soit la distance en toute sérénité.
Ma correspondante francophone Mme Véronique a été formidable en demeurant à notre écoute et nos souhaits.
C'est ma deuxième expérience avec Autoway et je recommande Autoway sans problème.

Super Agence
Super Agence, très réactive par message avec des réponses en français. Le véhicule était correct et nous avons été pris en charge à l’aéroport de Chania de manière très sympathique. Le retour du véhicule à Héraklion s’est passé de manière très fluide et sympathique également. Enfin une agence simple et arrangeante pour les loueurs, qui ne cherche pas à vous ajouter des options, des garanties, ou vous faire payer des suppléments pour cause de carte de débit / crédit inadaptée. Je recommande vivement et je reviendrai

C'est la quatrième fois que nous faisons appel à Autoway pour une location en Crète et cela s'est à chaque fois parfaitement passé. tarifs compétitifs, relation (par mail) claire et fluide (et en français ! ), réception et retour du véhicule à chaque fois sans problème. Nous recommandons à 100% !

Good experience
We rented a car for one week. The car was in good shape, with good contractual conditions (unlimited mileage, low excess fee). The employee from Autoway was very friendly and flexible (they extended the contract by a few hours for free). Overall a good experience.

Très bonne expérience, pas de caution, aucun souci pour retirer la voiture et la rendre (Crête). Je me suis trompée d'une journée dans la date de location ils m'ont appelé le jour même et 1 solution a été trouvée immédiatement. Une excellente expérience, les agents sont très agréables et très professionnels. Voiture propre, bon état ( Punto). Super
