Ho fatto la prenotazione on line, ho trovato un servizio efficente al banco presso l'aeroporto, la vettura era ottima e non ha creato problemi, la riconsegna è stata rapida ed efficace senza tempi di attesa.

From 04 of August till 09 of August
we ordered a Kia Picanto with Manual gear.
We paid 171 euro.
Our Airplane was late and instead of 22:00 on 4 of August we arrived at Venice airport at 00:30 next day.
We called this branch, and we noticed that we were late and asked to hold this cat until the next morning.
When we arrived the next day to take our rented car to the branch, they said that they had only a Jaguar and demanded that we pay an additional price of 296.01 euro.
Because we had no other option, we called our parents and they paid us this money.
We are 20 years old students.
It was not fair to do that.
We want to get compensation.

Lunghe attese al box. auto consegnata in perfette condizioni secondo l'addetto in realtà aveva raschi in diversi punti e non aveva il pieno.

The car was like new, clean, very cheap on fuel.
The staf was polite and precise giving us the information we requested.
Drop off easy and quick

In data 18/05/2023 ho provveduto a noleggiare un autovettura presso l’Aeroporto di Venezia. Nel contratto veniva evidenziato che il livello di carburante era pari a 6/8. Al momento del ritiro dell’auto ho riscontrato che il livello del carburante era invece pari a 2/8.
Mi sono recato nuovamente presso gli uffici segnalando l’anomalia e mi veniva detto che in effetti l’auto non poteva avere un livello di carburante così alto in quanto nuova ed avrebbero provveduto, rassicurandomi in tal senso, a modificare il dato sul sistema. Successivamente da una verifica sull’estratto conto della carta di credito, rilevo che mi è stata addebitata la somma di €. 92,90 per un livello di carburante inferiore al momento della consegna.
Sottolineo che ho consegnato l’auto addirittura con un livello di carburante leggermente superiore ai 2/8.
Constatato l’errato addebito contatto telefonicamente l'Agenzia presso l’aeroporto di Venezia dove mi confermano che si tratta di un errore e mi invitano ad inviare una mail segnalando il fatto ed avrebbero prontamente provveduto al riaccredito della somma.
Nella stessa giornata, come richiesto, invio la mail esplicitando il fatto. Ad oggi, nonostante siano trascorsi più di 2 mesi e mezzo dall’invio della mail, non ho ricevuto alcun rimborso ne, tantomeno, alcun riscontro da parte di Autovia. Da allora all'Aeroporto di Venezia non risponde più nessuno.
In data odierna ho inviato una PEC sollecitando il rimborso ma è stata respinta in quanto la PEC di Autovia risulta piena (incredibile!!).
Cos'altro aggiungere? Attenzione nei confronti del cliente pari a zero ed atteggiamento estremente scorretto. Peccato perchè ultimamente stavo noleggiando solo tramite Autovia. Cliente perso.
Mi trovo costretto ad adire a vie legali.

Hemos alquilado un coche en el aeropuerto de Venecia y todo muy bien. El chico que nos atendió muy amable, sabia español así que facilitó bastante la entrega del coche. La devolución rápida y sin problemas.

Sono arrivato al tuo ufficio di noleggio dell'aeroporto di Venezia lunedì 31 luglio. La mia prenotazione per il noleggio è stata effettuata con Expedia (#AUT-2366190). Mi è stata chiesta la patente di guida internazionale e quando ho detto all'agente che avevo solo la patente di guida della Florida degli Stati Uniti, ha detto che non poteva noleggiarmi l'auto. Ho spiegato all'agente che non mi è mai stato detto che avevo bisogno di una patente di guida internazionale. L'agente non ha fatto alcun tentativo di aiutarmi. Ho quindi chiamato Expedia per vedere se potevano aiutarmi e dopo un'ora al telefono con loro, non hanno potuto fare nulla! Quando sono tornato allo sportello, un altro agente che era seduto lì mi ha suggerito di andare online e ottenere una patente di guida internazionale digitale. Mi ha anche dato il sito web! In quindici minuti ho avuto la Patente e ho potuto ritirare l'auto. Tuttavia, se il primo agente mi avesse offerto quella soluzione, avrei evitato lo stress, l'ansia e la paura che la mia vacanza fosse rovinata!!!

everything looked brilliant at start; nice car and price, friendly pickup and dropoff.
BE AWARE; after dropoff signing for zero charges and damage afterwards autovia charged my creditcard for?
return policy stated full to full gasoline but at start tank was not fuelled up so i returned it at same level. i had to prove this at dropoff and both parties agreed on this matter at the spot.
NO RESPONSE for explanation for the costs or invoice from local desk or complaints service up untill now.
Apparently the company's think once far away customers cannot come complaining at our desk so why bother...

I would not recommend this car rent service because of this bad service afterwards! This could have been avoided leaving me with a good rental experience and positive review.

after renting many cars at different airports and company's i never had problems untill now.

We rented a car at Venice airport in last July. Operators were clear, helpul.

Great customer service and very quick with pick up and drop off.

Do not book a car from this company. The car was dirty and not cleaned at all after the previous customers. When they gave us car keys and explained everything they said the car runs on petrol. While driving we had to find out ourselves that the tank is mainly for methane gas and the petrol tank's capacity is only 10 liters which means we could only drive around 100 kilometers with this tank until stopping at the next gas station. Knowing that we were traveling in the Dolomites area it made our trip unbearable as we could not put methane in the car (because in the whole Dolomites area there is not one gas station that fills methane) and had to make countless detours to reach gas stations every half an hour. Awful experience.

Car was not very clean. Otherwise very good

I rented a car from Venice airport on July 20 and drove it to Cortina. On the second day, I drove 20km out of Cortina and the brake failure light began to flash and chime. The car was towed but we were stranded 20km outside of town. I called a taxi and they brought us back to the hotel. Fortunately there was another Autovia office in Cortina and we received a new car. But when I asked to be reimbursed for the taxi, I was told that I would not be reimbursed for this €48. I paid this absolutely necessary expense because of a defective car from Autovia. Why won’t you reimburse this?

Ottima esperienza ,personale qualificato e serio

The staff who served us at Venezia airport was rude and with no intention to help. Very passive guy. We had a puncture and the assistance service did not answer, we changed the tire by ourselves. We asked for another car since we still had more than 300km to drive and we had to do it with the spare tire. This is a safety issue! We wrote an email explaining the situation and we received just one answer saying there were no cars available. We replied but we were referred to a mechanic store and pay the expenses by ourselves. We got no more answers even though we wrote several times. When we returned the car we complained and the only answer we got was "it's ok. I'm sorry". Very unprofessional, honestly

Nowhere was it written that debit cards were not accepted. We had to pay 270€ on top, for a total of over 650€ for one week. Disgraceful.

DO NOT RENT! It's been more than 10 days since I finished my trip, I returned the car undamaged, according to the contract and THEY DIDN'T RETURN MY DEPOSIT, in addition they charged me fees without explanation and they don't answer emails. I arrived at the airport in venza personally and was told that they could not help me. Comments on instagram are excluded, but it is still possible to find
