Location sans problème
Prise en charge facile depuis le bureau à l'intérieur de l'aéroport. Navettes fréquentes pour arriver jusqu'au Parking extérieur. Véhicule loué : une Fiat Panda finalement upgrade en MG ZS avec une bonne finition mais moteur vraiment pas assez puissant. Attention pensez à faire un tour de la voiture et bien prendre en photo toutes les rayures et autres défauts car au retour ils regardent attentivement chaque détails.

Difficile il contatto diretto telefonico, ma via mail precisi e puntuali. Speravo in un rimborso di un giorno per non aver usufruito causa cancellazione volo aereo 2 ore prima, ma era una tariffa prepagata e il preavviso è stato davvero minimo. Pazienza.
Noleggio semplice e veloce sia al Check-in che al check-out.

Car did not have sat nav that worked which made our whole holiday difficult to travel!

Defunct navigation system in then rented car
The service at the Autovia Naples Airport office was quite OK but the car (VW Golf 2.0 TDI) we got had serious deficiencies.
1. We could not use the navigation function because the factory made "privacy settings" should have been modified. The Autovia personnel at the rental car parking said there is nothing they could do about it because the car was almost brand-new. No-navigation resulted in serious troubles during our 10 day trip in Calabria and Basilicata.
The office personnel should have mentioned this flaw and offered another car.
2. The inner side of the windshield was covered with a dust film. The film created dangerous reflections againts the sun. Most unpleasant and dangerous phenomenon especially in the mountain roads.

Regarding the navigation system, we would like to clarify that modern vehicles may have settings that require configuration by the manufacturer, and unfortunately they cannot be modified by rental staff. As for the condition of the windshield, we will forward your comment to the local team for verification, as the vehicles are normally cleaned and checked before each rental.

Vores fly var forsinket til Napoli og vi ringede 15 min. efter aftalt afhentningstid for at fortælle om forsinkelsen. Der blev sagt ok i telefonen men da vi skulle hente bilen var den blevet annulleret pga for sen afhentning. Vi benytter aldrig dette firma igen.

I pickup the car in Napoli Airport and return in Rome Airport. Both staff was friendly and professional. I have to suggestion: 1. To put on the back windshield the sitcker with "I AM TURIST", because the most of italian drivers are hurry and honking :)
2. In the summer season, will be great if you can put one bottle(even small) of water. Most of times we out from the airport, pickup the car and drive away to the place we have the business meeting. For me it will be better to see the PP bottle of water and take two sips of water than to have %? additional discount.
