Actually, I did not buy any item on this store, but I found nice articles about the Carlinkit 5.0 (2air) on their site and write to their support for help.
Even though they found out I did not buy the dongle in their store, they provided very nice assistance on how to update the firmware. I am very happy to put 5 stars for the support. Good job, Guys!

When I bought the device it did not work. After trying many times, an email was sent to the manufacturer. There was an immediate response. They helped me very well and after doing an update it worked.

Product does not work with 2020 Acura TLX. Spent hours researching online and troubleshooting the issue. Nothing worked. Bought the item on Amazon, was told they won't offer support unless I bought from them directly. That's fair. Support then attempted to help by copy/pasting troubleshooting steps which I already said tried - they didn't actually read what I wrote. Great job guys. Avoid.

Bought the 5.0, works. Than android 14 was released and the device stopped working. I wrote the support and the next update was there which fixed the problem.

I purchased Carlinkit 4.0 to enable reasonably useful navigation in my 2019 Toyota since they are sunsetting the mostly useless Scout GPS Link program. It is wonderful to have Google/Android Auto work on my "Carplay only" vehicle. A couple of emails to Autokitcarplay requesting a bit of advice and direction were replied to with timely accuracy and my little CPC200-CP2A is working flawlessly.

The guys help me find out the problem even I did not buying them the product! He answering so quickly!

I emailed them and they responded same day with video that was easy to follow and in minutes I was wireless in the new vehicle

Prodotto molto valido e completo, di facile installazione e utilizzo.
Con la SIM diventa un prodotto perfetto.. senza, bisogna fare alcune operazioni in caso di switch tra i sistemi.
Supporto tecnico eccezionale, meriterebbe l'acquisto rispetto ad altri prodotti più economici solo per quello!

As advertised just purchased Autokitcarplay with latest Android 13. 128gb Rom, and 8gb Ram device not over heating, device runs smooth like butter I really recall it. Fast shipping and well packed.
