Seriously sketchy company and HORRIBLE "Customer Service"
Update 01/16/2025: I was finally contacted by Comfilife Founder after he saw my negative review. He apologized that my case had fallen through the cracks, and made things right by refunding me. I am grateful for that, but personally, my trust has been broken. I cannot recommend the company.
Initial review: I ordered three large anti-fatigue mats and received them fine, but decided to return them for a different color as they supposedly have a 60-day return policy for any reason. I repackaged the mats for return as they had not been used. I sent the company an inquiry on their website asking if I needed a return authorization number and the address to which to send. I didn't get anything back for nearly a week and finally a "response" telling me my question went into a SPAM folder and was being sent to a manager (?). I even replied to that email from them and still have not heard back. Twice more I have used their "contact us" on their website to find out an address to send the mats back to and never hear back. Their customer service is beyond HORRIBLE, their mats are fine, but I would say BUYER BEWARE!!
Edit to original review: I still have not received any response from their wonderful "customer service"! And after scouring their website for more info, I was unable to determine a phone number. (They say they are in San Diego, who knows...) Their website also says they ship their comfort mats flat, but mine were shipped rolled up, and even after a week on the floor they are not flat! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM COMFLILIFE.COM
