Always exceptional service.

I have used Auto Europe for multiple car leases and rentals for years now and always come back for the same reasons. The site is exceptionally user friendly, accurate comparisons on vehicle prices, access to telephone help if needed and ease of booking. The pick up and drop off of the vehicles is always seamless too, with friendly staff always willing to provide info and help when required. I will be back again.

Problem changing my pickup time four months ahead.

I needed to change my pickup time on April 22, 2025.
I phoned in to Auto Europe and the agent, after many times on hold, finally completed the time change and emailed me a new copy of the reservation. In error, she had changed the time OK but also changed to pickup location to a much different location (same city).
I called back to Auto Europe and another agent could not change the pickup location. While she had me on hold, I went online to Auto Europe and rebooked a new reservation myself, with all the correct items. When the agent was back on line, to explain she could not make the requested change, I asked her to cancel the first reservation, which she did.
I assume the problem is lack of staff training.

Ease of booking

Ease of booking. however, I don't know where you rental desk is at this airport

Edit: The name of the local agency turned up in the confirmation email.... all is well.
