Refusal to offer a rate offered when your office was closed.

1. last evening, May 17, about 8:00, I logged on to your site, and the rate for the car I selected was the Opel Corsa, at the rate of $561, and I had trouble inserting my Mastercard number at about 8:00 pm, apparently after your office had closed. I called into your office today but the rate has increased to $600, and of course I asked if you would honor the $561 rate, and was told that you would not honor that lower rate.

2. I do not think that was an example of good customer relations.

3. Using the Firefox browser, the credit card information gave me only Visa details, and in the last 4 years I have rented a car from AutoEurope, I have never used a Visa card.

At the suggestion of agent Eichen of your office, I changed to the Chrome browser and it permitted me to proceed with my Mastercard reservation.

3. Please reply to my email of (advised not to insert my identification for reasons of privacy) to offer the $561 rate, or a credible reason for your inability to reverse the rate because your office was closed!

After confirmation

After confirmation, I received no Email. Had to complete process again because offer expired. Hopefully I did not get charged twice.

Have always had great experience with…

Have always had great experience with AutoEurope which is why I rented from you once again. Did not give you 5 stars as upset by the upselling of the cost from my initial inquiry with a rental of $843 but when went back to complete the transaction in under 1 hr the price had increased to $936! As a result I decided to re t simply an Economy from Midsize.
