Seems pretty easy to navigate and secure a rental!!

The process to rent a car was very seamless and easy to follow through the various steps

Nice to have multiple rental car companies laid out in one format. Worked out cheaper than booking direct with the car company and insurance details were more clear.

Ease of use while booking online

Yesterday attended counter at Rome airport and was given a car of a make that I didn’t even recognize. Seeing the car confirmed it was very substandard even though the car lot guy argued it was within the class - that you book a class and not a particular kind of car. I’m a reasonable person but this car should have been demoted maybe size similar but nothing else. Getting no where with him I went back to the terminal counter and Marius helped me as I explained I booked a Peugeot 2008 which he subsequently did provide me. The car is awesome a GT with 10000 kms. I’m writing this review not only to recognize Marius for his quick easy empathetic assistance which really did make my driving experience (trip) better but also to provide some advice. If you are looking at your rental in the lot and don’t like it don’t waste your time with the lot guy simply go back to the counter and they will quickly give you the car you expected or pretty much any car you want And don’t get back in line just stand next to the person who served you previously. Funny as this was happening a lady with a baby next to me was going through exactly the same situation and I told her to not waste her time and go to the counter she went from a mini car to an Audi. Good luck.

Easy to navigate web site and compare rental rates amongst numerous companies. A large choice of vehicles. I liked pick up in one city and drop off in another.

Website makes renting a car very simple.

I Use the service to make a reservation with Eurocar, the price was good, but at the and I payed two time the price, because they force me to take the full coverage insurance and when I complain to Auto Europe they escalate the complain to Eurocar and that's it.

I appreciate how you've created your website. Very clear. The only thing I found confusing was when I went on your .com website it didn't say what currency the charge would be in. Whereas when I went on the .ca one, it did. I have both CA $ credit card and a US $ one. The .com was cheaper in price than the .ca.
Clarity on the .com one would be most helpful.

I spoke to Leo ( Maine USA ) he was friendly, helpful and efficient.
I needed a rental for two months in France and he got me the best deal possible along with some good advice for the insurance.

I reserved a hybrid vehicle on AutoEurope dot ca (CA1580472) via Perkopolis for the same day only to receive a notification that reads "Please be advised that your vehicle is currently on request and is not yet confirmed for pick-up."
They collected my credit card info right away and charged a $1 fee with no other update for hours. Called the Reservation Specialists line at 888-223-5555 only to be told to wait with no other news since then.
Finally learned from Europcar itself (the vendor who leases the car) that my reservation was already cancelled due to the limited stock.
Still no update almost after a day. Poor communication, bad customer service.
