Two watches, two great experiences
I have ordered two watches from them...an Omega AT and U.N. Dual time. Both experiences are amazing. In the last purchase, I ordered a watch online I had been eyeing for sometime and wanted to wear it on Sunday. I did not know that due to the price, I needed to wire the funds to them (over 10k). They emailed and called me, got me information for wiring. I wired and called them 3 different times to confirm receipt, they would mail it and just nervous. They picked up each time, took the time to address concerns and nerves. Got watch in time and love It. I will buy from them again with complete confidence.

Rolex Datejust
The response by the company was good. Each email took between 1 hour and 24 hours to respond, I appreciated that. They answered my questions and shipping happened quickly. I used the bank wire option and I was hesitant about sending my money, but they were good about responding to my concerns and I got the discount for using bank wire.
When I received the Datejust, some of the 4 center links already had slight hairline scuffs on them. It was only visible in daylight and it would cost more to send it back and have another one sent out than to just have it polished myself, so I did not send it back and that is why they lost one star. It was sold as brand new, not a dealer worn or slightly used watch, so I was disappointed. However, as I said, they were small and I could have them easily polished so it was not worth the hassle to send it back and incur fees.
The watch works well, it was slow the first few months I wore it. The more I wore it, the better time it kept. I am very happy with the watch and their customer service by email even during COVID times. I was just slightly saddened that it had some hairline scratches, when sold as a new watch.

I was looking for an Omega Aqua Terra…
I was looking for an Omega Aqua Terra and purchased from Authentic Watches. The price I got on the watch and the purchasing experience were were both fantastic.
The Omega came with original packaging also.
I'm a watch collector and have dealt with a competitor of Authentic Watches but the experience at Authentic watches was top notch.
I would not hesitate to buy from these good people again and I will.

I requested an appraisal of watch for my insurance co and asked for replacement value not purchase price . I was denied and forwarded a receipt. If watch is lost or stolen I will have to pay the difference. Other jewelers always provide the replacement value !

Ordered 2 watches
Ordered 2 watches, both arrived in good condition in a timely fashion. Prices and watches were as expected. This was my third time ordering from authentic watches and it has always been like this. I’m giving a four star review instead of five based on prices being a little higher then at an AD but this is to be expected from a Grey market dealer.
I would recommend this store.
