I'm here to share what happened with me.I ordered a watch and less then a year after I received it it stopped working first the second hand was jumping wild then it came to a complete stop. Now after spending alot on a watch and less then a year later it just stops oh well at least its under the warranty so I sent it back costing 50 bucks just for shipping.After about 6 weeks i call them up to see where their holding they tell me it needs routine cleaning for another 150 well to charge me 200 bucks to fix a watch less then a year after reicieving is really bad especially when nearly every watchmaker would do it for 120 with shipping here 150 plus 50 shipping they ultimatly went down to 100 bucks so 150 total well for getting something costly dont do it by some company selling old overstocked watches pay the extra money. I didnt give one star because they did write in the fine print that this can happen and the worker on the phone told me it happened to him too and it can happen TO YOU TOO. All these 5 star reviews are about the people that had no problem. But be warned you must see how a company reacts when things don’t go their way. when everything goes good doesent tell you much you must look at the reviewes to see when there was a problem, how the company reacts and l did not find not ONE review of someone that had a problem and how helpful they were BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT. Dear authentic watches if your selling high end watches you should do much better. So here is my advise to all you people out there if your looking to buy watch pay a drop more go to someone who is a certified seller selling new stock from the company where you can have a factory warranty and if you bought already when it breaks dont send it into them so they can take more of your money, go to your local jeweler AND IT WILL BE EASY CHEAPER AND MORE FRIENDLY FIX much quicker I dont think the company did anything wrong I'm just trying to let you know how this company works their cheaper prices are by buying overstock not being authorized no customer service and overcharged when it breaks to fix. Please shop smartly.

Authenticwatches.com are the biggest scammers i ever sean I purchased a rolex watch a week ago they mentioned and told me that the watch is 100% unworn but the watch was used , i had a big surprise when I received the watch .

The watch was without clasp i went to rolex to repair the clasp and they did but when rolex guy wanted to set the time he noticed that the watch is not working at all. Guys don’t purchase any watch or at least rolex from AuthenticWatches.com save your money and peace your mind

Be careful, my experience with Authentic Watches is the worst consumer experience that I have had in my 56 years on this planet. Thank you Omega Sydney fixing my watch for free in 2 days despite it being sold to me with no Omega warranty.Thank you for also telling me that the internal mechanism of my watch was from an earlier model watch.

I had a basic technical problem that could have been handled in 10 minutes, if somebody at Authentic Watches had some common sense and a genuine desire to assist me. Rather I was exposed to endless rhetoric and half truths, over statements as to the prowess of Authentic Watches.

As well as endless references to the highly regarded the Authentic Watches 6 year guarantee is held by the industry, ‘better than manufacturers in some cases’ , well that is on the extreme end of creative. The warranty is not global and requires you to send the watch back to them so they can then extort additional charges from you , hold your watch ransom, and put your valuable watch at the mercy of air flights connections and customs AGAIN.

Then I was treated to a verbal ‘magic show’ where Peter used every contrived and self serving cliche to give the impression that Authentic Watches were not as bad as they clearly are, it’s the let’s distract you away from this ridiculous condition and requirement and pretend we really are good operators . Everything designed to give the illusion that they are authorised dealers of luxury brands, from the name right through to the rhetoric and when challenged the well worn strategy of deny, deny, deny.

Authentic Watches claim they are legitimate but scratch the surface, on the internet many sellers products that might appear the same as what is available at the authorised dealer retail outlets but is quite often product that has been in the store for longer than you would expect and like my experience has outdated component like the situation with my watch which Omega, Sydney, Martin Place confirmed has an older model mechanism. Apparently mismatching parts can effect reliability and accuracy of the timepiece.When you go to make a warranty claim you then realise that the Authentic Warranty that they present as superior to the manufacturers warranty by offering an additional year, but want they don’t tell you is that any attempt to make a successful claim under warranty will be futile as the warranty is a pretend warranty in relating covering nothing that you need and impossible to comply with where all the effort and expense sits with the customer, it’s an absolute disgrace.

These guys are opportunistic snake oil salesmen. Don’t give them the time of day, let alone thousands of dollars. I’m amazed these guys aren’t locked up. I’ve had 2 purchases thus year an Omega and a Rolex, one lasted two weeks the other 4 weeks before failing, literally falling apart. After taking the watches to the authorised Omega and Rolex dealers the feedback was the same: old stock, not serviced or correctly prepared for sale, but most concerning evidence of dated and components and the substitution of components with inferior parts was a common topic of lengthy discussion on each occasion. Both Rolex and Omega have had reason to advise me to be wary of poor pre delivery and mismatched parts when buying online Never Again, Authentic Warches.

Easy transaction. Great watch. Very satisfied.
