Engaging, Practical and Highly Informative
I recently completed my First Aid and CPR training with Australia Wide First Aid and had an excellent experience.
The trainer was incredibly knowledgeable, upbeat, and engaging throughout the day. Her positive attitude created a relaxed learning environment where everyone felt comfortable asking questions and participating.
What stood out most was the practical, hands-on approach to learning. We weren't just taught the theory—we had plenty of opportunities to practise the skills ourselves, making the information easier to understand, retain, and apply in real-life situations.
I left the course feeling far more confident in my ability to respond during an emergency and provide effective first aid when needed. I would highly recommend Australia Wide First Aid to anyone looking for professional, practical, and enjoyable training.

Be more empathetic
Be more empathetic. Especially to young teenagers. Don’t just state your terms and conditions when someone is 5 minutes late due to usual circumstances. It’s a lot of money for them that they will have to pay again somewhere else. Not impressed.

A Scottish paramedic
A Scottish paramedic that was an excellent teacher and the repetitiveness and instruction to make sure we did it so our efforts make a difference in our work roles was excellent. Having an experienced paramedic teach makes a difference compared to someone teaching with no relife experience. Reminded me of my paramedic dad.
