The content is similar sometimes changes on presentation however Jeanie from Mandurah is a fabulous engaging trainer her experience and passion for this subject shines thru in her teachings..
I learnt some new ways of seeing first aid and also I loved how she presented the subject in a down to earth way
With some very light humour that lighted and engaged the whole class and everyone was relaxed

I wanted to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation and, more importantly, to personally acknowledge your trainer, Parker.

Over the years, I have completed numerous courses and qualifications across construction, retail, real estate, RSA and other areas of business. Having been involved in the building industry for close to 30 years, I have attended more training courses than I can remember.

However, I can genuinely say that I have rarely walked away from a course feeling as informed, confident and impressed as I did today.

Parker was exceptional.

His knowledge, patience, communication and ability to keep everyone involved throughout the training were outstanding. Even the way he incorporated demonstrations, body language and sign language into his teaching made the information easier to understand, remember and, most importantly, apply in a real-life emergency.

As a Registered Building Practitioner and project manager, I regularly work around and take responsibility for many people across construction sites. I am also involved in the restaurant, hospitality and retail industries, where having my RSA Victoria qualification is an important part of that responsibility.

Having now completed my additional First Aid, CPR and Basic Emergency Life Support training, I feel considerably more confident and responsible in all of those environments.

Whether I am managing a construction site, overseeing a project, working within the restaurant and hospitality industry, or simply around members of the public, emergencies can happen without warning.

Before today, I would not have felt completely confident if somebody suddenly collapsed and required CPR or the use of an AED (defibrillator). After Parker’s training, I genuinely feel far better equipped to remain calm, respond appropriately, commence CPR and use a defibrillator if required while professional emergency assistance is on its way.

That feeling of confidence is extremely important to me, particularly when I work alongside and have responsibility for so many people.

For me, that is the true measure of an excellent trainer — not simply completing a course and receiving another qualification, but walking away feeling that you have actually learned practical skills that could potentially help save someone’s life.

I will absolutely be recommending this course to my friends, family and business colleagues, particularly those working throughout the construction, restaurant, hospitality and retail industries.

In my view, this type of training is an absolute necessity for people working in environments where we have a responsibility not only for ourselves, but for the safety and wellbeing of the people around us.

Parker made such a positive impression on me that, rather than simply being pleased that I had completed today’s course, I actually walked away wanting to learn more and undertake further training.

Please pass on my sincere thanks and appreciation to Parker. He is clearly passionate about what he does, and that passion comes through in the way he teaches.

Total shambles. The online content is poorly designed and buggy. I'm still waiting for my certificate after 2 weeks and the customer service is the worst. Will Never go back to this place.

Outstanding, Engaging, and Practical CPR Training!
I recently attended a CPR course with Australia Wide First Aid, and it was exceptional from start to finish.
Our trainer was fantastic—he kept the session straight to the point while remaining engaging and thoroughly entertaining. Balancing crucial life-saving information with a good sense of humor made the content memorable and enjoyable without losing its seriousness.
The practical, hands-on training was excellent. We gained clear, actionable guidance while practicing CPR on the mannequins, and he carefully demonstrated the correct, safe setup and operation of a defibrillator (AED).
Overall, the course was highly informative, practical, and dynamic. I left feeling fully confident in my skills and would highly recommend Australia Wide First Aid to anyone needing to complete or renew their certification!

The course was easy to understand, questions online and then the practice lesson as a small group. The trainer was informative, answered all questions. The trainer was easy to understand which made the course enjoyable. I will certainly be back for a refresher in 3 years. Thanks for settling my son michael nerves and making him feel at ease.

I found the instructor to be helpful and very polite and approachable. The information she gave was very clear and easy to understand.
The only recommendation I would like to say, Is when I tried to print out my certificate it requested me to join another link, which then asked me a lot of questions and all I wanted to do was print my certificate. When I called your number the person was very helpful and I asked if I could just have the certificate sent to me by email and it was. A much better and easier process,

Jeannie was an amazing teacher and presenter- very engaging and knew how to get information across well in a simple to understand and relevant to real life scenario way.

Instructor was knowledgeable and experienced, interacted with students really well, hands on experience was great.

The CPR course was really good. The instructor explained a lot of scenarios and we were all very engaged and answering questions and asking questions.
The practical side of things was made to make you see how draining a real life scenario would be and that for me was a great part. You never think about that. Loved being a part of this group training. Thank you for a great experience.
