Do not trust this company: Communication and customer service is terrible. Refund takes unnaturally long and response times are very slow. Abysmal service and will not purchase anything from them again

Very poor service took my money and I still haven’t received my goods

I had a similar experience to many of the other negative reviews, lots of polite stringing along but nothing was ever delivered. After nearly two months and a couple of weeks after they claimed to have refunded me themselves, I did my first ever credit card chargeback to get the money back.

Very good experience. Item well documented with good information on the website. Quick delivery. Item (Sony replacement earbud) was in very good condition as advertised

I brought an earphone and it arrived very quickly and was packaged securely. It works perfectly, no complaints.

After ordering an item the website stated was i stock I had to continually chase for updates. To date I have had no refund despite promises of doing so. I would not order from these people they do not have a contact number and ignore emails

My order took 1 month and a few days to arrive. The shipping cost is crazy high, and for anyone that orders from Europe, there will be VAT included that they didn't mention on the site (they're not legally obligated to, but just so you know).

Ordered a replacement bud after losing one. Arrived promptly and worked perfectly.

Like other reviews, the item ordered wasn't in stock. It was showing as in stock when ordered and payment was taken. I received subsequent emails to say it wasn't in stock and that their website wasn't capable of keeping live stock information (it was days before they amended the stock level and only after I complained).

All the emails received are from Jay who insists that stock is coming, is awaiting testing and would come out. A refund was issued and I have sourced the item I needed elsewhere.

I ordered an AirPod pro (2nd Gen) got fantastic support in what model number I needed to order, product came really quickly and works perfectly. I had a little hiccup in pairing the replacement AirPod but customer services were really responsive and helped me out. I would definitely recommend this company excellent service from start to finish.

Ordered a replacement headphones on 30 oct 2025. Now 20 Nov 2025. Still nothing. Until I reached out to them - they told me they had a delivery due on tuesday Nov 18th and would be sent out express delivery. If I had not reached out I wouldn't know anything. And I paid for 3 day delivery on the 30th! With no information that it was out of stock at time of purchase.

Edit: it is now 28th of November. Still no sign of anything. Scammers!
