Me gustó que el producto llegó en buen estado, me disgustó que Audiospare ofrece envio internacional "directo" pero en realidad en mi Caso China - Ecuador lo hizo China - U.S - Ecuador y para aquello encomendaron mi paquete a una 2da empresa que no fue de mi agrado, pues si informaran la realidad yo hubiese ocupado mi courrier de preferencia y evitarme un gasto adicional de $22.75

Changing my original 1 star review. It took a while, but they were trying and finally got the product to me, which works as advertised. I appreciate them making sure I received my product and all the communication along the way.

⁸I received my replacement right-ear Soundcore Liberty Pro 3 earbud in 13 days from the day I ordered it. It is in perfect condition. Tracking was very accurate and helpful to follow. Ships from China. The price was very reasonable.

Buyers should know that they need to unpair ("forget") their earbuds from phones, etc. for the replacement earbud to work. It also needs to be paired with the existing bud, often from inside the case. I followed internet instructions for my model, and all worked beautifully.
Finding this replacement earbud means a lot to me, as this model is difficult to find new, and Audiospare even had various colors on order. I hope to keep these intact but would go directly to them if I needed to.

So far all good, I had some doubts but they work perfectly. Very nice experience.

I ordered a headset, but unfortunately, the wrong model was sent initially. However, after contacting customer service, they quickly rectified the mistake and sent out the correct headset in perfect condition. I am very satisfied with how they handled the situation!

The case was broken when it came. The magnet from it imediatelly fell off and it cannot be closed and also charged propertly. Totally waste of money

It's been over a month and I haven't got my item

I purchased a used/second-hand Edifier NeoBuds Pro from AudioSpare because I really like this model’s sound—personally, I even prefer its tuning over the NeoBuds Pro 3. My first pair developed a left-channel imbalance (muffled highs, weaker volume, off-center image). Support arranged a replacement, which initially sounded great. However, after a few days the earbuds performed an unexpected self-reset, and the sound degraded on both sides—duller highs and reduced bass.

For context, I listen to FLAC (lossless) files from an iPhone, often at higher volumes. Under the same conditions, my NeoBuds Pro 3 still sound normal. That led me to believe the issue was likely related to wear/aging in this used unit or something triggered by the reset. I wasn’t looking for a refund—just wanted to share accurate feedback so they could tighten quality control on second-hand inventory.

AudioSpare’s customer service was excellent. After initially missing my first email, they owned the mistake, communicated clearly, and treated my case with respect. They then processed a full refund proactively, which I truly didn’t expect, and even said they would pull the problematic item to prevent others from having the same experience. That level of transparency and responsibility is rare.

While my particular unit had issues, the way AudioSpare handled it earns five stars. They were sincere, fast, and fair throughout—exactly what you hope for when buying from a company that stands behind its products. I’m comfortable shopping with them again and will update this review if I purchase another pair or another product sound related.

Suggestion for used items: consider a longer burn-in/soak test, firmware/profile verification after resets. These small steps could prevent maybe failures like mine.
