Audio Concierge Arvostelua

There's no point in glossing over my experience with this company. Absolutely full of cr*p from start to finish and I'm still awaiting a refund....

Excellent company. Very fast delivery, competitive prices. They were the only company that had the USB-c DAC dongle I wanted in stock.
I highly recommend Audio Concierge.

I enquired about the state of my order for two weeks and received no reply, I had to open a PayPal dispute to cancel it, although once I did I got my money back within the hour

Excellent customer service from start to finish, you would be hard pushed to find this level of knowledge and service anywhere. A+++ great job Phil

Good price, and Phil was very helpful in arranging a flexible delivery date having reserved the item for me.

Be careful , untrusted seller who can’t provide what he is selling and should be force by PayPal to do the refund , it means forget about your money until you are refund by PayPal

I ordered a Lotoo paw 6000 Digital audio player from this retailer, The delivery and service provide by the retailer was excellent.
The Lotoo paw 600 has excellent sound quality and above average build quality.

Excellent speedy service. Great prices and friendly helpful staff.
I would highly recommend Audio Concierge.

Phil is an absolute legend when it comes to customer service, anything from providing helpful information about products, to quick delivery and the selection is simply outstanding.

I was deciding between 2 IEM's in roughly the same price category, and Phil was very helpful in recommending me an earphone for my musical tastes by asking about my current gear and musical tastes. Very happy with my final purchase decision.

Audio concierge is simply the place to go for harder to find audio gear, or some higher end Chi-Fi.

Top notch service, would buy from again!

In fact I was not a customer to Phil and Audioconcierge so far, but an unforeseen manufacturing defect in my Cayin N6ii (Special Audioconcierge engraved edition) sent me towards Cayin for support, who recommended me to work with Audioconcierge to have the problem serviced.

This is where the fantastic experience with both Cayin and Audioconcierge started. Phil Wannell took my defective N6ii into his care and ensured a quick transfer of my N6ii back to China where Cayin serviced my N6ii under warranty. Once that was sorted and the N6ii had made its way back to Phil, he ensured a lightning fast shipping of my Cayin back to me in the Netherlands. And all of that out of pure customer centricity. Phil and Cayin definitely have made me into a loyal customer .. With them at the helm of your musical enjoyment, you simply cannot go wrong!! Highly recommended!

Excellent, polite, and knowledgeable customer service. Prompt delivery. I will be using again. Highly recommended without any reservations.

Fantastic service and support from Audio Concierge for audio exotica.

Amazing service when ordering from Audio Concierge which I have

Helpful, friendly service.

Very impressed yet again by the service, speed, communication and value. Will continue to make my audio purchases from this company whenever possible.

Phil was great at keeping me in the loop with delivery dates of products and all information I needed.
