Audio Concierge Arvostelua 

I wanted to support a Uk company rather than use Amazon. I ordered a DDHiFi adapter. There was nothing about it being out of stock. After I had heard nothing, I emailed. No response. Eventually got a response when I contacted on WhatsApp. I was told by Phil that he would look into it. Still nothing and no response to further email. Then no response to an email asking to cancel the order. Another email asking about cancellation was answered with ‘I will look into it’.
I see a customer below had a similar experience a year ago. The reply sited personal issues. Not sure what is happening currently, but this is no way to run a business. Sadly, have to strongly advise against using Audioconcierge.

Glad to hear all is well. Clearly the issue is just one of lack of communication on your company’s part then. You are correct that you emailed me on the 8th December. However, your message was: ‘I asked accounts to sort this all for you. Let me check what's gone on. Sorry.’ That sounded like you were planning to get back to me, rather than waiting for a reply from me.
Good communication is paramount and given the difficulty I had getting replies to emails, I would be very concerned about ordering from Audioconcierge again.

Phil is so knowledgeable! He was able to advise me on the way the audio would interact within different surroundings and even ran me through it with a demo. His passion shone through and best of all, I now have THE best earphones. People ask me about them all the time and I always recommend Phil. Thank you!!

Stay clear of this seller. After several attempts to get in contact, no response. Claims he has sent the item, but will not provide me a tracking. After 2 1/2 months attempt to contact him, I gave up and asked Paypal for refund. I am happy I used Paypal so I at least get my money back.

Phil puts the capital C in Concierge. He patiently walked me through figuring out exactly what matched my listening needs to progress to the next level in appreciating audio.
He guided me through the break in process and over a week waited till I was fully satisfied while always letting me know that I could change my mind and we could try other products or not. I will definitely go back when I have other audio needs and oh yes it was very very much a personalized buying experience compared to shopping from a regular retailer on Amazon. I did go to some specialty stores around London and while they had products I could try, the advice and effort to understand what sound I was looking for was not as easy and productive.

Nice place to shop with good communication regarding your order. Fast, well packaged posting once your goods have been received by the shop. Good hifi product choice.

Spoke to Phil about getting poly/mojo 2 case next but was made aware of postal strikes so may only get next week!! Bur yet he still went out of his way to make sure I did indeed get it the next day even though it cost him a bit more, no charge to me though!! This sort of service isn't found often these days!! I ordered an usb-cable for my mojo 2 on 04.09.2022. The cable was stock listed and Audio Concierge would send immediately.

Until now no delievery and no response. I am so disappointed from Audio Concierge (aka Phil Wannell).

After reading the the reviews on Trustpilot I mentioned that others customers have made the same bad experiences.

In the meantime I have informed PayPal to refund my money and asked to check the shop.

Placed an order in July. The item did not arrive. No response from chases. I had to request a refund through PayPal for a refund which did come. I was then told that a replacement item was sent but nothing ever arrived.
Truly appalling service - I would avoid at all costs.

I tried to email three different addresses linked to the site and not one of them worked and my email would bounce back to me. I then tried calling the phone number which also doesn't work. it may have been a legitimate business at one point but it clearly isn't anymore.
