AVOID
I bought a replacement screen for my MacBook from this site and paid an installer to fit it. After installation, it became apparent that the screen that was sold to me was faulty. After contacting the owner to have this issue resolved, I was told I would need to pay the installer AGAIN to remove said screen, ship the faulty one back (at my expense) have a new one sent up (paid shipping again) then have to pay to have it installed a second time (with no guarantee it wouldn’t be faulty again this time) I offered to ship my MacBook down with the faulty screen attached and they could swap it with a new and working screen, but I was told I would be charged full price for this service also. The owner, Javed, is very rude and unhelpful, and basically told me “tough sh*t.” I am £300+ out of pocket with a broken MacBook screen. Avoid like the plague

As a supplier of replacement screens, we operate on a parts-only basis and supply primarily to professional installers. All items are tested before dispatch, but as with any electronic component, faults can occasionally occur. For this reason, our policy requires that any suspected faulty part is returned for testing/replacement.
Regarding installation costs, we do clearly advise that:
• We are not responsible for third-party labour charges
• Any fitting should be carried out by qualified technicians who are aware of standard industry procedures, including testing parts prior to full installation
Once a screen has been fully installed, it becomes significantly more difficult to determine whether the issue is a manufacturing fault or related to installation, handling, or other hardware factors.
That said, we are still happy to assist within our warranty terms:
• You may return the screen for inspection
• If confirmed faulty, we will provide a replacement or refund in line with our policy
We understand this situation is frustrating, but our procedures are standard across the industry and ensure fairness for both parties.
If you would like to proceed with a return, please contact us directly and we will guide you through the process.

AVOID AVOID AVOID ! My sister took her phone to get fixed here. First of all they put a really cheap fake screen on which hardly works. And when I took it back they basically said you get what you pay for. And if I wanted a better screen I should pay again for it. Secondly DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS THE PASSWORD TO YOUR PHONE ! They went through all my private things like pictures and social media. And when confronted about it they denied it. But I have proof as it shows some of my pictures were airdropped to another device while it was in this shop. BREACH OF PRIVACY

Item damaged because of substandard packaging
Bought Palestine Cola (random I know but important).
Very poor packaging that resulted in loss and damage of individual cans - can missing, can busted and all cola leaked out, and many more so badly dented that opening them was very difficult.
Product itself is good and was enjoyed by many so worth buying just not from here until they sort their packaging out.
