Ever since I've been going to the Lytham practice and seeing Elaine I have received nothing but care and attention. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this practice.

Attended with my husband who was having problems. The service provided was excellent with procedure fully explained and undertaken professionally by Diane Cole.

Great experience. Was able to secure an appointment within a couple of days. Diane Cole explained the procedure clearly, shared the images of my inner ear with me and removed the wax quickly and without discomfort. Would definitely recommend.

I have been coming to hidden hearing lytham for 18 months. Cannot fault the service. As a younger adult with hearing loss Elaine has always put me at ease and Glynis the receptionist cannot do enough. First class customer service.

I have been going to Hidden Hearing in Lytham for several years and it’s always a stress free experience. The staff are extremely pleasant and professional.I usually see Elaine Norris who is very experienced and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble. Hearing loss and associated problems are what they specialise in here. I personally wouldn’t to go to a place that also sells spectacles or toiletries.

At the Lytham Lancashire branch sits a wizard of inspiration and without any assistance she provided me with Hearing Aids that out-perform other retail outlets. Her name is Elaine Norrris who I have had total confidence in her diagnosis of my hearing requirements going back over 8 years. My father-in-law (86 yrs) went for a consultation and hearing test at Hidden Hearing, Lytham St Annes and was really pleased with the service provided. The booking and consultation was simple and easy to follow and Elaine Norris explained everything so that he was able to understand it fully and was extremely sensitive to his needs. The tests were on site and didn’t take long to conduct, providing real time feedback and explanations of the results and next courses of action resulting in him now being able to even hear his wife muttering under her breath. Joking aside he now is able to hear everything clearly and is benefiting from this service, stating it has transformed his life for the better.
He would highly recommend Hidden Hearing and endorses their excellent services.

My husband has just had ear with removal. Diane Cole performed the procedure, Diane was very informative, professional and explained everything and showed before and after photographs. Very good service.

Adam Gill was the person that I was to see at Lytham. As always he was very pleasant and very helpful. He showed me how to change the plastic head on the end of the part that goes on the ear. So simple when you know how.
He also adjusted, added and gave advice to me about the unit.
Very impressed with his knowledge.
