Audika - Barnstaple Arvostelua

Very reassuring appointment, everything explained very well and carried out in a friendly professional manner. Hearing aids now fitted and I already feel they have enhanced my life within the first week. Thank you.

I have now had 3 appointments with Shaun Samuels. Each time I have always had a full examination and explanation concerning my hearing. Everyone working there is always polite and professional and the after sales service is second to none. I would highly recommend. Chris Cousins

Although not the cheapest hearing aids on the market compared with other well known retailers, I found Hidden Hearing Barnstaple gave an old fashioned quality professional service, were very knowledgable and did not push their product. It is dificault to acertain value for money for hearing aids. I was most satisfied with the treatment I received and would recommend them to others.

You won’t find a more professional kind attentive service anywhere. Shaun and his team go above and beyond to ensure a first class service from start to finish. My new in ear monitors are a perfect fit thanks to Hidden Hearing in Barnstaple

I like dealing with a smaller company .
More personal service and friendly staff.

Helpful, excellent advice and a relaxed atmosphere

I have been a customer of Hidden Hearing at the Barnstaple branch for four years and couldn’t be happier with the service received and would highly recommend using them. As they all have outstanding customer service skills, everybody is always helpful, knowledge and professional. Shaun Samuels is just brilliant a very professional Audiologist, patient, easy to talk to and explains everything very clearly an all-round nice guy.
If you think you have hearing issues this is the place to go

After been a patient of the NHS for many years and receiving very little help with my hearing, which was deteriorating fast, I found Hidden Hearing ,Barnstaple.
I would defiantly recommend them .
Shaun Samuels is a very professional Audiologist.
He has changed my Quality of life --for the best !
They are a great team. So glad I found them.

Due to my profound hearing I was referred to Hidden Hearing. They provided me with excellent care and detailed attention I would definitely recommend Hidden Hearing for their quality care.

Shaun and the team are friendly and professional, they genuinely care about making a difference. I have struggled with my hearing all my life, but Shaun has changed that with the right aids for my needs. Highly recommend this team.

Shannon put me at ease, and gave full explanations to me and my friend, who attended with me. A very thorough hearing test, but no hard sell at the end. Prices mentioned, but all are beyond my budget right now. If I buy any Aids, it'll be from Shaun, in Barnstaple!

Amazing company use to be with nhs and always struggled with hearing and since moving to hidden hearing for my hearing aids it made a huge difference and Sharon was so helpful with guiding me with what choices there were and getting my appointment quickly and smoothly and then there Shaun he a miracle worker of getting my hearing aids set just perfect and listening to me about any concerns I have. So happy I went with this company and been life changing 😊

Excellent service from everyone at Hidden Hearing in Barnstaple and Shaun has endless patience. He is a genuine kind and caring person that really does care about the customers: his attitude was terrific and he made us feel super welcomed and relaxed. He spent quality time going through some tests with my wife and actually talked us both through everything. We could feel the professionalism coming from his work. If you want to be respected, understood, and treated like a human being then I highly recommend Hidden Hearing in Barnstaple Shaun.

I have been a customer of the Barnstaple branch for 3 years now and have found the lovely receptionist very courteous and helpful. Now Shawn is a different kettle of fish, ONLY JOKING SHAWN. Shawn is excellent at his job, very caring, very knowledgeable and very patient with us oldies and takes the time to explain everything. Shawn makes you feel like one of his friends. I would highly recommend the Barnstaple North Devon branch of Hidden Hearing.
