I lost one of my hearing aids the staff at Barnstaple were very very helpful they claimed off of my insurance for me did all the paper work so I didn’t have to and I received new hearing aids the following week great service guys amazing service thank you 😊

After being told by another establishment they couldn't help then a visit to the doctors to be told they couldn't help; so referred me to the hospital for wax removal.

Although not the cheapest hearing aids on the market compared with other well known retailers, I found Hidden Hearing Barnstaple gave an old fashioned quality professional service, were very knowledgable and did not push their product.
