Auction House UK Arvostelua

Good communication, especially with complicated processes at our end of the sale.

It was very simple to view, use, bid and communicate.

Another purchase from the AH. Very good experience as always. Chis B showed us around several properties prior to the auction. Wasn't successful on the day but secured a purchase the day after. We always enjoy buying with AH as we know as when the hammer falls the deal is done. All of the team in Norwich are extremely professional.

I am very pleased with Auction House with selling an investment property in Norwich. I didn't want the property sat empty for 6-9-12 months with slow processes in Conveyancing and chains, the house costs me over £1000 per month so I choose to sell at Auction. Abbie Willett and the auctioneer Bryan Baxter got it sold, they do so in a tight timescale & I will have funds in my account 7 weeks after it was 1st advertised. These people are very good at what they do and any seller wanting a fast & secure sale, this is who to sell with!!
Thank you for your amazing work.

I first contacted mark 2 yrs ago who was trying to help my aunt to get a value on her home after ill health to see about selling to enable her to look for something better suited to her he was absolutely the right chap was a wealth of information and advice although she decided not to sell I kept marks details and 2 yrs later on the sad passing of my aunt and my inheritance of said property he was the first person I contacted I have never bought or sold a home before and he took all the pressure of me and talked me through every step of the way even recommended a solicitor I can’t think of way to praise mark enough was always honest polite professional and kind advised me of a guide price and I fully took on board his advice and came up with what he agreed was sensible reserve , auction house was the right fit for me there dedicated to working there best to achieve a sale for you and the marketing of the property was done very well via there website social media and the glossy catalogue I would highly recommend auction house as a viable way to sell your property for a quick trusted trouble free sale I realy appreciate the service I received and mark especially he was great

Exceptional service received from start to finish. Would recommend.

Brilliant service. This is the first time we have purchased a property at auction and I am shocked at how how smooth the process has been. The company has been brilliant at every stage; when booking the viewings, follow up calls, support with the registration, and that after support with Amanda has been great with her providing prompt response to my emails
Many thanks for all your help

Robert Hurst gave great advice and support to us whilst my father-in-law sold his land through Auction House. He lead the process efficiently and enabled us to maximise the potential of the land. Well done Auction House

Everything was top quality start to finish; nothing was too much for anyone on the team!!

I was completely inexperienced in buying property via a auction but the staff especially sally and Jenny put me completely at ease and we're very helpful so everything went smoothly quickly, I would like to thank everybody for thier help and throughly recommend them

I put my commercial property in auction through auction house manchester. From start to finish the whole experience has been flawless and I personally dealt with Jamie Fraser who has been very supportive and informative throughout. He stayed in contact with me via email letting me know the next steps. I didnt need to chase and Jamie was very efficient. I highly recommend Auction House Manchester to anyone. I had a great experience

Auction House were great in selling what was a very unique structure, 4 underground chambers!
They marketed it well and kept me updated and informed throughout the whole process.
Everyone i dealt with, in person and over the phone, was excellent, professional and friendly.
I would definitely use them again if i ever have another underground bunker to sell!
Thanks to all at Auction House, cheers!

Professional and efficient service

Philippa and Molly were great with communicating, arranged a couple viewings prior to purchase. Professional, courteous and a delight.

Auction house made my house buying process very easy. Exactly a week after buying the house I completed. Philippa especially was very helpful (and patient) with my endless calls and made me feel at ease going to auction for the first time. They were transparent about fees even though I had my solicitors got through the packs there was nothing hidden. Would highly recommend this company.

Mark at the Auction House was marvellous. He talked us through the process and kept us informed at each stage.

They team was unflappable when we had to withdraw our lot until legal work on ourside was complete.

The video and sales pack were of high quality and the advise on reserve was very accurate.

We will be using them again in the future, the next time we have a property to sell by auction.

I was very happy with their service and the way that they kept me updated. I have used them before, so I knew what to expect.

A very pleasant conversation with Erin, to kick off the possibility of disposing of our UK property via the auction route. Well informed and very keen to assist us.

We had the desire to dispose of a property quickly so considered selling at auction. From what I could see Auction House is at or near the top when it comes to property auctions in the UK. Things went as quickly and as smoothly as hoped. Katie was excellent throughout the process, as were the rest of the team. Ours was not a typical auction property so Katie had to work harder to explain the situation to potential buyers, which she was doing right up to the last minute of the auction, and with success.

We'd considered the pros and cons of selling a fairly standard house at auction. It was a comfort that right from the beginning Katie did a perfect job of explaining the situation in a very balanced way so that we wouldn't have any unrealistic hopes of the outcome. We really got the feeling that her top priority is to look after the sellers and buyers through complete openness and honesty. That's very refreshing as she was presenting nothing but facts, figures and examples instead of employing the usual worn out transparent sales tactics which I don't respond well to at all.

Thanks again team!
