Atlas Ferries Arvostelua

Really good ferry to get on, staff are friendly including in the café service and quick ride we really enjoyed our trip keep on guys nice atmosphere

Fantastic company, outstanding customer service. So helpful with any queries. Very straight forward booking process. Gave them our details and they managed the whole booking for us and made changes for us at a later date. Karen was so helpful, even replying over the bank holiday weekend which I did not expect. Companies with excellent customer service really deserve to be praised nowadays. Would definitely use again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Amazing experience with Atlas. Karen was so helpful throughout. We have been to the Isle of Wight a few times but this is the first time we’ve used Atlas. Will always be using them from now on!

Swift, accurate, saved some money and easy to do. Will be using them again for any future ferry travel. Genuinely cheaper using them rather than the main provider.

First time user and very impressed with the ease of booking and saving.

Very responsive, even at weekends. Delivered a great price.

Would highly recommend. Very good ferry prices, fast to reply, easy online payment. Confirmation quick. Have booked 2 crossings for this year. Will definitely use Atlas Ferries again

Incredibly quick to book, really efficient and easy website and a VERY GOOD price.

Brilliant service, friendly helpful staff and would definitely use again.

Good price , I will traveling in 1 week so far smooth service

Chris was very helpful in helping me purchase a return ticket from Lymington to Yarmouth. His advice and freely given information was kind and very professional. At a later date I needed to change the registration number of the car I was using for the crossing. A short e-mail to Atlas Ferries and Karen sorted it for me. I highly recommend Atlas Ferries.

Fantastic service. A lovely friendly and personal experience, but the guys are so efficient and helped immediately too. Would certainly recommend..! Thanks.

Booking was a great experience. I had earlier been very confused by the main ferry company. Karen at Atlas came to the rescue and all was demystified! This kind of skilled customer service is a bit rare these days.

We were guided to Atlas by the owner of the Airbnb we booked for a short break in the IoW. Never used this system before and I have always used Red Funnel ferries however the price was very good and lets see how Wightlink perform this trip. The booking process via Atlas was very quick and slick, almost instantaneous. Impressive stuff and good price.

Very efficient and responsive exchanges with pleasant reps. Excellent discount offered and prompt arrangements made for tickets which came through almost immediately after payment.

Great experience. Return ferry tickets to Isle of Wight booked easily by email. Fast response and great price. Customer service 5*

What excellent service,
I would recommend Atlas 100%, so pleased our holiday accommodation gave us your details. From enquiry to response to booking, thank you Atlas, the best.

Very efficient and super easy service to use

Recommended by our holiday home owner. Fast and courteous service; very competitive price (having checked elsewhere) for our summer ferry travel.
