Quick and efficient

Quick and efficient! Doesn’t get better than that! She went above and beyond handling an address change for me when I was having trouble doing it myself. She could’ve talked me through it, but instead took the time to do it for me. Her efforts were truly appreciated.

Perfect Customer Service!…

The customer service I received at the Athena Club was warm and understanding of my issue. Also, they respond in a timely manner. They are a great company, if you have not signed up yet, please do. I know you will enjoy them!

Athena Club’s customer service goes…

Athena Club’s customer service goes above and beyond! Not only did I receive a quick response, but they assisted me with my minor issue in a highly personable and professional manner. Wonderful company, terrific products… I highly recommend them!

Great Products Better Customer Service

Molly was very helpful and thank you to Athena for your generosity even though it was my mistake. My only compliant is I wish the razors didn't produce so much slime it sometimes makes the razor too slippery and it's hard to rinse off but I think you have a lovely company. I love everything you stand for and helping the environment while making a product that many people need. Thanks again!

Great Customer Service

My order never arrived so I sent an email to Athena Club. A customer service rep responded within 24 hours, even on a weekend and offered a quick resolution of getting out a replacement and was even able to change the address to my new apartment that I am moving to next week. As an extra, she offered a gift as an apology for the inconvenience (even though it wasn't Athena Club's fault it wasn't delivered to the right address!). Thank you Athena Club!
