Toujours pas de nouvelles de ma commande passée le 3/12 … livraison prévue entre le 18 et le 23 décembre 😤
Impossible de suivre mon colis !

J'ai passé commande le 10/12/23 avec un délai de livraison de 15 jours max, j'attends toujours. 🤬
Impossible de suivre le colis car la page ne fonctionne plus. 🤬
J'ai envoyé plusieurs mails à Stylestore sans aucune réponse.🤬
À ce jour je pense que mon neveu n'aura jamais son cadeau de Noël et que je me suis faite arnaquée de 100€. 🤬🤬🤬

UPDATE:
Much to my surprise the shoes were delivered to me today January 16th. Now as promised I am updating my review now that I've actually received my product, and I'm very happy with the design on them. They got her just in time for my daughter's birthday Friday. (I've contacted my bank to close my dispute) I'm greatful to have them, and aside from way longer shipping time then promised and tracking info that didn't really work, I am happy with my purchase. Everything worked out in the end. I'm leaving 4 stars because the shoes are actually really cool.

Ordered Nov 24th and they said 10-15days, it's currently December 30th and I have not received my order. Suddenly I can no longer review my order on the site and the tracking info no longer leads anywhere either. I emailed the company a few days ago and they sent me a new tracking number that leads to a site that says the shoes are in Jamaica NY for about a week now waiting for a label? And that usps has no record of it... anyway, theres no movement and i cant even leave a verified purchase review on astylestores website because they are blocking me from doing so, sigh.... These were going to be a birthday gift for my daughter who loves demon slayer, I'm very disappointed that they never came and do not appear to be coming. I thought I'd give this website a shot since the shoes were so cool looking but I guess I was fooled. I've filed a dispute with my bank today, which I'd be happy to reverse if they would actually send me my order...

Ça fait 10 mails que j'envoie pour un retour de marchandise et toujours aucune réponse grosse arnaque ce site à fuir n'achetez pas là bas de plus la qualité est à 🤮🤮!

Je crois bien m'être fait escroquer. Pas de nouvelle, pas de suivi, pas de réponse au mail.

2 paires de baskets personnalisées commandées le 3/12, garanties en livraison sous maxi 14 jours. Le 22/12 aucunes informations. Le tracking annonce que les 2 colis ne sont même pas partis de Chine ! Joyeux Noël à mes 2 neveux qui n’auront pas de cadeau sous le sapin 🤬 Encore un site de scam frauduleux. Si dans 48h je n’ai pas de nouvelles, j’appelle ma banque pour signaler l’escroquerie !

Commande passée et validée le 05 décembre. Pas de retours mails. Pas de téléphone. Arnaque totale ! A fuir !
On cherche comment porter plainte.

Order was late and contact was scarce.

Great quality but wrong size (child instead of adult).
Unfortunately return shipping fee has to be paid by customer and the package has to be shipped to China (I believed it was french based when I ordered).

News: Hi, I received the products about 40 days after ordering, on 29th December, but there is an error.

I have bought T shirt in photo with Shanks and I have received a T shirt with Zoro.

Can I have my real order?

Boots and jumper said they will arrive in 7 to 10 days
Jumper arrived after 3 weeks but the quality was so bad very disappointed
The boots took 5 weeks to come and they stopped answering my emails also I ordered the wrong size message them straight away and said they replied saying not a problem they will send the correct ones which they didn't agreed this company dosnt seem right I got both my items in the end but for what I paid I could cry very expensive I would have got the same quality from shein or wish

Commande passée le 3 décembre et depuis 0 nouvelle alors que paiement pour livraison express en 3 à 7 jours !!! Nous sommes le 16 et toujours pas d' infos...ni de réponse à mon mail de questionnement sur le suivi de commande. Site frauduleux??? !!!!

This company is a total scam. I ordered in November with a guarantee that it would come before Christmas. I got a shipment notification on the 1st December saying that it was shipped and provided with a royal mail tracking number. Royal mail have yet to receive the shipment. When I track the other shipment number they provided it says that the courier in Mainland China is awaiting seller dispatch and in brackets it now says 17 days. So my thing is why send a shipment notification when you have not shipped the shoes? Next week will be a month since I initially placed the order I am sick and tired of constantly chasing up this company. They are no longer responding to my emails. They say it takes 10 days to produce the shoes but doing a quick Google search there are actually many companies selling the same exact shoes???

Update on 01/11/2024:
I received the money back from the delivery company, after I told them I went to the police. I had to do that! Therefore I received a email from the company with the offer to order the shoes again as a VIP for 9,95 and pay 59,95 for the shoes plus shipping thru another delivery company, which I refused. I paid for the shoes for the first time 69,95. Now I would have to pay more for the shoes than I paid the first after the company didn't resolve the issue and keeping me waiting for almost a month? I refuse! That's their solution!? I will never order anything again from them. If I can find another company that I can order these shoes from I will. I hate acting like a Karen, but it is truly the first time that I felt disrespected by a company. Never again!

I ordered two shoes, but only received one. The second one was stolen, because the delivery company never rang my bell and just left outside. After I got in contact with them, they got a supposed confirmation from the delivery company that I received my package, which again I didn't. I told the company that my signature was forged. Since then this company stopped responding to my Emails. I feel scammed. Now I don't have the shoe or the money. I'm very disappointed. I don't recommend!

Commande de chaussure passée le 22 Novembre, aucune info pendant 10 jours.

SAV qui ne répond que sur leur page fb, aucune réponse par mail...

Un numéro de suivi le 03 Décembre qui précise que le coli est en attente s'envoie par l'expéditeur...

Heureusement que je devais recevoir mon colis sois 10 jours maximum !!!
Zéro nouvelle ! Je suis très déçue

Arrivée après 20 jours d'attente sans aucune information de suivi ni réponse de leur part. A fait son effet pour Noël, ouf !😅

This is a terrible company. First they don’t send my shoes for the longest. It took for me to tell others that they’re scammers for them to finally send my order smh. But they only send two of the three shoes (one size I can’t fit). I asked to return them and they said yes but haven’t replied to me since then. And I still haven’t got any update on my other shoes… At this point I’m convinced they’re screwing me over and keeping my money but won’t send me my shoes... So I’m going to let everyone know on here, Facebook, and all review sights I find on Google to warn others of their terrible business. I’m also going to dispute my purchase. DON’T BUY FROM THEM!

Très cher pour la qualité médiocre.
Impression sur le sweat flou.
Chemise avec des écarts de boutons.
Pour cette qualité allez chez wish ou shein au moins ce n'est pas cher...

We ordered some trainers researched the correct size, when they came they was childrens. I reached out the the returns email and never received returns label or anything, and now its too late!

J'ai acheté des chaussures personnalisées. Service client réactif, ils ont fait de bonnes propositions, échanges plutôt fluides (même si parfois tout n'étais pas compris).
L'impression est pas mal. La chaussure taille correctement. La qualité de la chaussure n'est pas exceptionnelle, elles font un peu "cheap", et les finitions ne sont pas top (en même temps des chaussures personnalisées à ce prix...)
J'aurais mis 4 étoiles s'ils avaient pris la peine de répondre à mes interrogations sur comment préserver au mieux les chaussures : la peinture noire a commencé à partir en à peine une utilisation!!! Il y a donc des traits blancs de peinture qui se retire au niveau des "plis" lié à la marche...
Sympa pour le prix, par contre il ne faut pas s'attendre à de la grande qualité

Happy with my order, the quality of Luffy trainers, Luffy&Zoro t-shirt and the hoodie was impressive, I will definitely order again. Delivery was quite quick as well x
