I bought BTS sneakers and they looked great!

Es wurden Schuhe mit dem Custom Design Ersteller in Auftrag gegeben. Die Schuhe sehen absolut anders aus! Die Farben passen null zu dem Design und von leichten Abweichungen kann man da nicht sprechen! Es wurde mehrfach versucht Kontakt auf zu nehmen um eine Lösung zu finden. Es kam in einem Monat nicht eine Rückmeldung! Vorsicht angeblich würden die Schuhe auch nicht unter den PayPal Käuferschutz fallen was absoluter Quatsch ist. Stand jetzt über 100€ in den Sand gesetzt!

Première commande passée en novembre 2024 pour une paire de basket One Piece. Aucun problème. Suivi du processus et du colis, nickel. Je recommence en novembre 2025 et là, catastrophe. Aucune nouvelle pendant 1 mois, pas de réponse du service client. Heureusement, j'avais payé en Paypal donc remboursée. J'ai reçu un mail 15 jours après le remboursement Paypal comme quoi j'étais remboursée. Trop aimable.

J'ai passé commande le 1er décembre pour un cadeau de noël .. Nous sommes le 31 décembre et je n'ai toujours rien reçu.
J'ai contacté à 3 reprises le service clients, aucune réponse.
J'ai ouvert un litige sur Paypal, j’espère être remboursée rapidement ..

I paid for express shipment and I have been waiting for this delivery for a month. I messaged to request the refund of the fast shipment I paid, but they ignore my emails. I am not even sure if I will ever receive my parcel.

Non darei nemmeno una stella, ma non c'è altra scelta . Ho ordinato un cosmetico per meno di 10€ (per fortuna non ho investito una cifra maggiore) il 1° gennaio e non è arrivato fino ad oggi, non c'è modo di tracciare il pacco, non rispondono alle e-mail. Non ho parole.

Optik und Qualität stimmen nicht überein mit dem, mit dem der Verkäufer wirbt. Die Farbe und der Auftrag sind nicht wie auf den Bildern, das ganze Design stimmt nicht, die Linien sind gezackt und nicht gerade ausgeführt, allgemein ist der Auftrag nicht schön. Unter der Fußsohle sind Löcher im Schuh und die Nähte lösen sich, das ist nicht wie der Verkäufer sagt sie bieten Schuhe an die an führende Markenschuhe heranreichen. Kundenservice reagiert nicht, erst als Paypal eingeschaltet wurde und bei Rücksendung der Ware muss der Kunde dafür aufkommen was sehr teuer zurück nach China ist und dann ist es noch fraglich das Geld zurück zu bekommen. Ich werde nicht mehr dort bestellen und die Seite definitiv nicht empfehlen.

Il prodotto non è ancora arrivato e dopo una risposta, alla mia prima mail, dove mi rassicuravano sull'arrivo, non si sono più fatti sentire.

Ordered 2 T-shirts 5th January. No communication from them since? Still being processed apparently it states on website. But nothing more. Absolutely scam of a company... Don't try purchase.. I'm just glad I didn't order the sneakers!!

Tried to deliver the trainers but the delivery company couldn't find my address. I offered a different address for them to re send however they say that they have delivered my trainers to the address that they couldn't find the first time however they are unwilling to answer any further emails, or provide me with a tracking number. They clearly haven't delivered my item and aren't doing anything about it

La calidad del zapato es mala, te engañan con el modelo y el diseño me lo han echo mal y contactas al email para intentar solucionar el problema y jamas te responden al correo.
Si no te quieres llevar un desengaño evita comprar, no lo recomiendo

Achat de chaussures dans le thème JJK, plus d'un mois d'attente pour des chaussures imprimés, affreuses et même pas de marque... Nike pourrait porter plainte pour vente abusive.
Première expérience l'année dernière avait été "potable" mais suite à celle-ci je ne commanderai plus jamais chez eux.

First the good…..trainers were delivered earlier than expected, & they replied to my emails.
Bad - trainers are advertised as NOT being Nikes, so we were aware…..but they definitely look more like
Nikes online than they do in reality.
You can barely see the design on the trainers, they almost look all black…..but online tbe design was very prominent.
They are bad quality…..hard, stiff, plasticky, with a paper thin tongue.
I ordered a 37, but they arrived & are more like a 39.
Overall, it just felt like false advertising on all aspects…..very disappointed & a waste of a lot of money.

I absolutely cannot recommend this company highly enough! They are amazing from communication to speediness of delivery and the product - just WOW. The shoes were even better than the picture and the quality is amazing

Habe 2 Emails geschrieben, das ich die Schuhe zurück senden will, da diese viel zu groß sind und bekomme leider keine Antwort mit einer Rücksende Adresse.

Ordered a pair of shoes in August. But still nothing delivered. Webshop shows 'order being processed' since then. Tried to contact by email/FB messenger but no response.

Feels like a scam and I lost €90 !!

Ordered a sweater on the 14th of July together with 2 other items. 2 items were delivered in August.
After email contact on the 26th of August I was promissed the sweater would be resend as there was a problem with logistics. It is now September 17 and I still have not received the sweater or at least a tracking number.
I have sent several email but since last week I haven’t receive a response anymore.
