I'd give a zero if I could. First off, the 'purchase,' through Pay Pal, was unauthorized by me - meaning, directed to Pay Pal and then I thought better of it and did not complete the transaction. Unknown to me, this company has prior authorization, through Pay Pal, to make the sale for me! I didn't even know I had 'bought' the product since something seemed fishy, and i didn't. BUT pay pal had autofilled my information and Astonara put the 'sale' through. AND they further, without my knowledge, attached autopays and god knows what else to my pay pal account! I got the autopay removed from my Pay Pal account, changed my password, then filed a dispute. Lost my case since Pay Pal said authorized. They advised me to escalate the case - bad advice since Astonara/Astronara said, when I tried to cancel that same day once I found out, that they had already shipped it. Which means the escalation case would be lost. I spent weeks emailing back and forth with Astrotrading various people, or bots - who knows? - and getting stall tactic after stall tactic. Pay Pal's buyer protection wasn't helping either. Finally, after weeks of haggling emails with both Astronara/Astonara/ Oreville - the product people - I got disgusted, went to my bank for help, and had them file a chargeback since pay pal wanted to escalate my case AGAIN to 'product significantly not described. I did get the product, was told I could not refuse it or return to sender, yet they would not initiate a return. there is sits, unopened.

Advice to anyone being scammed by this company: Go straight to your bank. Don't waste weeks with emailing them or dealing with Pay Pal AI assistant or customer service or their various departments. The bank did receive the credit back from pay pal, so they did the right thing by me, according to their buyer protection, but if my bank hadn't got involved, I doubt I would have ever seen my money again. I had to be relentlessly persistent and I sent pay pal all the emails, reviews, etc, which they said wouldn't even help my case but they said they would refer this to the fraud dept, which I hope they did. The companies' emails all along proved that they had no intention of returning my money without further stress and hassle and wearing me down- if at all. It was so stressful. Never again.

Never ever click on an ad and then not go to their webiste directly. first before even thinking about buying. Read reviews on Trustpilot, Better Business Bureau, scam watch, FTC, and the like. You will find this company on all of them, and you will also find Orivelle. The scam runs all over the world, not just in the US. They seem to play on people desperate to find help or relief for tricky chronic medical conditions. Mine was nail fungus. If what they are selling seems too good to be true, it probably is.Iif they tell you it's the last chance for a deep discount, that's an outright falsehood. They do the bait and switch too. - and before the buyers knew it, they too were signed up for autopays and things they never ordered shipped to them. So many unethical tactics are used today. Be careful out there!

I persevered but many people gave up too soon and lost their money permanently. Even if you keep at it, there is not guarantee your bank can get your money back for you. Report any scams or scam attempts - help others not get their money taken.

This company rips you off! I placed an order that according to the website, would cost me less than $20. When I placed the order, I got a message that they had charged me $84.40. I immediately cancelled the order, but they said they "could not cancel it as it was already in process." It shipped from China. When I received it, I immediately contacted the company as to how to return it. I was given an address to send it to. I was promised a full refund of my $84.40, but they only refunded me around $79 (claimed the difference was the cost of shipping it to me) and refused to refund the cost of my shipping it back to them, which was $8.95. Avoid this company at all costs!

I attempted to order 1 fungal pen, these scumbags charged me over $63 for 3+3 pens, total scam. I have spent over 5 hours trying to get my money back, they refuse to give me a return address even after they had agreed to. I filed with Paypal and they are all about the sellers, not there to protect any buyers!! This Company is one of the worst I have ever encountered, horrible lying dirtbags!!

I ordered some medical applicator pens on line on 14 August. Supposedly I got three for the price of two. When I checked my mobile banking account I found I had been charged twice, one at £41 and the other at £53. To say I am suspicious of underhand or fraudulent trading is putting it mildly. I have put this in the hands of PayPal, as I wish to cancel the order. DO NOT deal with these people. Unscrupulous. Beware.

I made a successful purchase with this website for one Orivelle pen through PayPal some time ago. I then made another purchase, this time for 3 pens. However, this time I was given no opportunity to review the transaction or to choose how to pay. The order was confirmed without my consent and when the confirmation email came it said that I had ordered 6 pens. I immediately contacted customer services, but they said it was too late to change the order and I should wait until the products arrived and then send them back for a refund. When the products arrived there were 12 pens, and when I checked on PayPal I have been charged for them all. There followed many emails with customer services about discounts, returns, etc. In the end, I returned the unwanted pens (at my own expense) and have received a refund, but it was a prolonged fight. I would never recommend engaging with this company.

This seller (Astronara Trading FZCO, trading as Orivelle / TryOrivelle and many other names) uses fake websites similar to other legit brands - like thebrightsideclinic.com.au to make you expect AUD pricing, and then taking you to their US product website (including tryorivelle.com)

The checkout process is designed to trick you. After connecting your payment, the money has already gone out which you don't know yet because you see a page that says “Wait! Your order is not complete…” with extra discounted offers. Selecting what looks like the single item actually creates a second order. Payment is taken in USD with no clear currency shown, and a subscription can be set up without your agreement.

When you try to cancel (even minutes later), they claim the order “has already been shipped” to lock it. Their money-back guarantee and “refund in minutes” claims are empty.

Best advice: Avoid these sites. If it happens, go straight to your bank. This seller has already been flagged with several banks.

I would strongly recommend staying away from this company. I clicked on an advertisement offering what appeared to be one box for $19.99. After completing the purchase, I discovered I had been charged $69.44 for SIX boxes — which is absolutely not what I intended to order.

I contacted the company within minutes and asked them to cancel the order and issue a full refund before anything was shipped. They refused to cancel it and told me they were going to ship the order anyway and that I would have to wait for it to arrive and then return it.

In my opinion, this ordering process was extremely misleading and feels like a scam. I have now filed a dispute with PayPal.

Be very careful before entering your payment information or placing an order with this company. Take screenshots of everything and check the final amount you are being charged!

They are totally deceitful. They tried to set up a subscription that I did not subscribe to. They sent me down a rabbit hole and the only alternative was to tap the back arrow to get out of it. Then I discovered many people have also been duped. The company is Astronara for Orivelle. All I want is a refund, but it looks as though I may need to involve my lawyers.

On 27 July 2026, I attempted to purchase a pen through the Orivelle website using PayPal. After authorizing the payment, I was immediately charged and then taken through a series of additional offer pages. On a mobile device, the options to decline these offers were difficult to locate, and I ended up making a second PayPal payment on the same day by mistake.

I contacted customer support immediately and requested cancellation of the duplicate order. The response I received was that cancellation was not possible because the order had already been shipped.

However, when I requested tracking information, the tracking page showed only that a shipping label had been created. At that time, the parcel had not yet been handed over to the carrier. Despite this, I was repeatedly told that the order could not be cancelled because it had already been shipped.

I also discovered that an automatic PayPal billing authorization had been created during the checkout process. I did not intend to sign up for any recurring payments and cancelled the authorization as soon as I noticed it in my PayPal account.

Because of these issues, I opened a PayPal dispute and submitted a complaint to the Dutch consumer authority (ACM).

My experience with the checkout process and customer support was extremely disappointing. I encourage potential customers to carefully review every step of the purchase flow and check their PayPal permissions after completing a transaction.

Why has there been another order submitted not by me, and another payment taken from my Paypal account.Perhaps I did not read the fine print and did not realise that there would be further product sent without any notification or authorisation from me.
But I am very careful with this situation as I am on a limited budget. I have asked for a copy of my order which seemingly allowed Astrotrading to send another two products with no notification, and also take the payment straight out of my PayPal account (which I have cancelled today)as this site did also send me no notification that I have been able to find.

Oh je, nur angesehen und schon wurden bei Paypal 157,00 Euro abgebucht. Paypal hilft nicht, soll man direkt an die Firma wenden.

I ordered this pen for an elderly lady didn’t realize it’s a subscription .last month I didn’t think much of it when it arrived, today I received a notification this company deduct $26.81 dollars. Through PayPal I immediately sent them about 5 text message as they do not have a phone number. To cancel out this subscription I also they stated 8 of August will be another payment. I replied no I need it to end this now don’t charge me for anymore please cancel now and the future I don’t need it anymore . I want it totally canceled out as I don’t need this pen anymore and will not pay for something I would need . I got another email asking me is the subscription or the pen was high I said neither she doesn’t need the pen anymore. Hopefully this helps . If it doesn’t then I’ll have to get PayPal and let The bank get involved.
