Just ordered food massager at a discounted price of £27 and have been charged £111.00. Scam. be aware

My mum was scammed by them this week. She was playing a mobile game, an ad came up for foot massagers by EMSense, she clicked the ad and read the pricing information (which actually was in USD but did not say so), she clicked PayPal as payment option. On the next screen where you review the purchase details before confirming she saw the amount had changed and was actually much higher due to conversion rates, as it was only now displaying the USD/AUD wording. At this point she decided not to go through with it and exited the page without confirming the purchase. Later that day she received confirmation emails and the money had been withdrawn. She's not technologically savvy and didn't realise that mobile game ads could be scams or inauthentic.
We contacted them via email to cancel and refund the order and what happened next was an absolute joke.
We asked numerous times clearly for a cancellation and full refund, and each time they used a slurry of professional words to dance around doing that.
They keep saying they will provide support but they just lied and bought themselves time to "ship" the product, as when its being shipped it's too late to refund, but that when it arrives we are more than welcome to pay to ship it back to them to then receive a refund. It's very deceptive and manipulative behaviour, to avoid refunds at every cost and to make it too difficult to get around. Apparently it's already been sent so its "too hard" now for them to cancel the order and refund it, even though we had been asking for days and they gave us the run around to buy themselves time for the loophole.
They apparently had authorised recurring payments somehow, which PayPal have stopped thankfully. We are now trying to dispute via PayPal.

Got charged twice, and not at the lower price advertised (not even if you convert it into dollars), and realised something was not quite right. Looked them up, and thanks to all you previous reviewers, I rang Paypal immediately and got the payments put on hold for dispute resolution, and found Fonslife had also put a sneaky subscription on my Paypal account too, which I had never authorised! Paypal cancelled that straight away. I am really grateful to those of you who took time to review Fonslife. 100% scammers - avoid!

Similar to other reviews, ordered once, charged multiple times. They even tried to slip a recurring charge onto my PayPal acct. They deny all and refuse cancellations or refunds, claiming they've shipped the items (which I didn't order). A total scam/fraud site.

AVOID!!!!! Scam artists and poor quality products. I ordered some EMSense Foot Massagers and these are absolute rubbish. They do not do anything and only last about 5 minutes on full charge. Definitely not fit for purpose. This lot also put in a recurring payment on PayPal which I did not authorise - fortunately I noticed this and cancelled it. I also tried to cancel my order with them within less than an hour after placing it just to be told it has already been dispatched which was a blatant lie and also against my rights as a consumer. Avoid this lot unless you want to lose money.

I would give zero stars if I could this company is terrible and a big scam. I ordered one thing and they charged me three times and they sent three items when I only ordered one. Also I contacted them within five minutes of ordering to cancel the whole thing and they said it was packed and shipped, which I knew was BS

Absolutely terrible company to deal with, tricked me with Australian dollars and then charged in American dollars, had to fight for half back through PayPal, then when I received the massages, terrible quality, absolute gimmick, packs were already open from previous customers returning them, had to pay for freight back to America. Have to go through PayPal for everything. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

I was tricked into buying double the number of units wanted. When I complained, I was given the runaround but no resolution of the issue.

Absolute scam, charges twice as a minimum, tries to offer more products to charge again and again if you add anything else.

Dreadful experience. Be very careful what you are doing when looking at anything on their site, avoid it and do not attempt to purchase anything. Thank god for PayPal, they were very understanding and resolved my issue in a professional and timely matter.

Do not buy off this company, I ordered the lulutox tea after seeing a facebook ad but never received and was sent a fake tracking number for Yodel, I contacted Yodel and they confirmed the number did not exist, AVOID

My husband impulsively responded to their advert without checking the integrity of this company first. As with other victims, he was charged twice. Fortunately, he told me what happened and we immediately went to cancel the transaction via PayPal straight away. It was a stressful experience and a lesson learned.

100% dishonest and have hijacked ppal dispute email for it to be sent to them

I agree with many of the other comments. It is very easy to order more items than you need.
Whether the items (diet tea) actually work we'll find out if and when they arrive. I'm not holding my breath!

Double payment taken - site is very misleading and attempt to make contact obstructive.

Kommunikation höchst uneinsichtig, versprochene Änderungen an einer Bestellung wurden nicht durchgeführt. Kein Rücksendeetikett. Würde dort nicht mehr bestellen.

Wish I would have known about this site before purchase. As with others, I ordered & immediately I received notification from credit card about activity. When I checked, 2 different amounts taken with no acknowledgement of purchase. Card blocked & I filed with PayPal all with 10mins from purchase to dispute filed. A few hours later, got tracking notification with looks suspect anyway. Definitely a scam.

I totally agree with all the comments about ordering Lulu Tox Tea via this Company. Using Paypal they managed to triple my order in about 2 minutes at various prices for the same order. I contacted them immdiately but NO, goods were already on their way. What rubbish - 10 days later I have still not received anything. They are a nightmare to deal with. What a scam. I am asking Lulu Tox to help here
