Beautiful quality tiles
Fantastic company to work with & customer service is excellent and very quick to respond. I had a very minor defect in 3 of my tiles, I had a replacement in 3 days & that’s from sending my first email.
The tile choices are so different & top notch for quality, even the delivery guy is very polite. Wouldn’t hesitate in using them again.

Not exactly like the photos
The design of the tiles I bought is very nice from afar, but if you look up close it s just print on the very top surface of the tile and it's not 3 dimensional at all. Kind of expected them to be different. It's ok, they still look quite nice.

Hi Bogdan,
Thank you for your review. We’re glad to hear you’re happy with the overall look of the tiles.
Just to clarify — the Cabana Flowers tile isn’t a 3D tile, and this isn’t stated in the product description. The pattern is designed to create visual depth once installed, but the surface itself is printed rather than raised or textured.
We do appreciate you sharing your thoughts, and it’s great to know the tiles still work well in your space.
Many thanks,
Artisan Tile Company

A much better choice….
Originally , I tried to order some tiles from a different company , but they wouldn’t let me get the number of tiles I wanted , or should I say - I asked several times , by email and chat bot and got no answer….their site only allowed me to buy boxes of 100, around 50 more than I needed , so I ended up choosing tiles at Artisan , and after speedily getting samples (free delivery) I chose exactly how many I wanted with no issue . Their communication was great at all times , and I appreciated 5%off. My partner picked up the tiles in Doncaster and said that everyone was very helpful ,we haven’t laid them yet but everything appears fine with the tiles .
Thanks for everything .
Jo and Andrew.

There was an issue with my delivery, due to the fault of the carrier, and Artisan Tile Company put this right for me immediately. I cannot fault them and would highly recommend. I will definitely be using them again!!

Im absolutely not the sort of person to write reviews. However the delivery driver Jed was an absolute delight. He unfortunately had some issues with his van and was running behind delivery schedule. He called me to inform me which was really useful. He was exceptionally friendly and informative. Aside from the tiles being great, i would order from this company again just to have the cheery interaction from Jed

Outstanding customer service
Really lovely selection of tiles, great customer service & communication - I was updated regarding delivery date/time. Jed, who delivered my order called ahead of time to let me know he would be arriving with my tiles. He was so lovely, very professional and went above and beyond to help me with the delivery.

We ordered some beautiful tiles
We ordered some beautiful tiles, but we were one tile short of a 60x60 for our floor - when we went to order more we were gutted to see they were out of stock. Stacey from the customer care team was really helpful on the phone and after some digging around she called us back to say she found us one more box! She told us to jump on the site before putting them live due to the 'notify when back in stock' requests they had pending. We manage to buy them and us and our tiler are super happy.

Mixed feelings
Tiles are good - but delivery device is very very poor - 2nd order in about 15 months - each time, mysteriously the same problem, same scenario.. get a phone call the day before delivery, with the van breaking down or having problems on the M1.. delivery ends up being 3 plus days late.. this same excuse on each of my orders.. poor and disappointing, but most of all insulting as been given the same excuse twice now

Hi Gavin,
We’re glad to hear you’re happy with the tiles.
We’d just like to clarify what happened with your order. It was scheduled for delivery on Friday 31st October, but unfortunately there was a problem with the delivery vehicle that morning. Our team contacted you straight away at 8:18am to explain the situation and offer to rearrange delivery for the following day.
During the call, you asked for the location of the delivery vehicle so you could collect the tiles yourself, but our customer service team explained this wasn’t possible, as drivers aren’t insured to unload goods at the roadside. Unhappy with this, you also requested to speak to a manager and asked for a refund of the delivery charge — which we were more than happy to process, as we understand the delay was outside of your control. We appreciate this was a frustrating situation, but our customer service team were doing their best to assist.
We then offered a Saturday delivery; however, you were only available before 9am. As we couldn’t guarantee that specific time slot, the delivery was booked for Monday instead. So while the order did arrive three days after the original delivery date, we made every effort to arrange delivery the very next day at the earliest possible opportunity.
A full refund for the delivery charge was issued immediately. Refunds are processed on our side the same day, though it can take a few days for banks to complete the transaction.
It’s unfortunate that you’ve experienced this type of issue twice, and while vehicle problems are rare, they can occasionally happen. We always do our best to minimise any inconvenience and keep customers informed throughout.
Many thanks,
Artisan Tile Company
Beautiful tiles
Beautiful selection of tiles available from Artisan.
I purchased tiles from the Maison Victorian collection which look absolutely stunning. The tiles have transformed the entrance to my home.
I had been looking for Victorian style tiles with other companies, but had not found any as lovely & as competitively priced as these.
I cannot fault Artisan Tile Company- the ordering process was seamless & delivery was made as scheduled on time.
Many Thanks 😊
