Very beautiful well made shoe. Made of leather. I could smell it right when I opened the box. The only negative is that they take almost 3.5 weeks to get here.

I ordered a shoe for my wedding on the 9th of September and I was told my order has been shipped. After so many back and forth I was told my order is. It in stock I should pick another one which I did and again it took a while and I missed using the product for my weeding . I have ask for the item link to be sent to me but no one is answering to my request . The aim of the order has been defeated.
I have asked for refund and still waiting tirelessly

missing items & bad quality
I ordered two pairs of shoes, they were dispatched and tracking details shared within a week. Two weeks later the delivery came, only one pair, and I get a text message saying sorry one pair is no longer available. This is now three weeks after ordering - and a different option will take another two weeks to arrive, and they won’t refund the difference until this happens. It’s a joke.
Also after one wear, the red soles are totally cracked. Not happy. Don’t buy.

Regarding our exchange policy, we typically do not charge customers for any price differences when exchanging for a higher-value item. If you exchange for a lower-value shoe, the refund will be calculated based on the actual amount you paid. Please refer to our email sent on September 24, which mentioned that once you receive all your shoes, you can contact us to process a refund for the $25 difference.
We also want to address the quality issue you mentioned with the shoe soles. We encourage you to reach out to us directly about this. We stand by our 30-day no-questions-asked full refund policy, and all our products come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

I ordered the sophisticated leather penny loafers. They handcraft the shoes so it took around 2 weeks to complete. Shipping was quite fast as it was sent to my house within the week of completion. The overall quality of the shoe is high so I am quite pleased about that. I was also pleasantly surprised by the premium packaging and overall presentation. I was even given a thank you card with a 15% off code for my next order!
