Amazing shoes look so elegant

ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!! Took a leap of faith and ordered my first shipment from an Instagram ad. Navigating the site was as easy as can be. I ordered 4 pairs of shoes and waited for the shipment. The shoes are gorgeous, the sizes fit perfectly & the little gifts they give you are adorable! Hoping the material lasts forever because I am so in love with my purchase

Ordered the white block heels for a bridal shower, and they matched my dress perfectly. I’m a US 7 and it fit exactly.

I ordered the black leather slip on loafers. Delivery was a bit long (almost 30 days), but the wait was so worth it!
I absolutely love my loafers.
The packaging is really lovely and sophisticated.
The leather is divine, soft and comfortable.
I put them on: they fit perfectly.
I am absolutely happy with my purchase and I will definitely buy more.
The only thing I suggest the brand to improve is to remove the pictures with images from the Maison Margiela website from ArnoConti’s website. In my opinion, your shoes look so much better! Use them as your advertisement. They are perfect.

Very well presented in their shoe box. Communication all through from purchase to delivery was very good. It took 25 days from order to delivery to UK....love them, will be buying more!

À fuir. Je mets une étoile mais si possible j’en mettrais zéro. La qualité est à revoir sur tous les plans, je n’ai pas du tout été satisfaite de ma paire et lorsque je leur ai fait savoir, il était impossible de faire retourner ma paire si ce n’est à mes frais!!!! Et ils précisent que leur frais sont très élevés puisqu’ils sont situés en Chine (dropshipping à suspecter). Malgré le fait que j’ai envoyé avec preuve les défauts de ma paire, je demande remboursement et quelle surprise lorsqu’ils m’offrent un remboursement de 25$ !!! Pour une paire que j’ai payé 140 euros ce n’est même pas le quart du prix, j’ai du batailler pour avoir un remboursement de 40$ enfin bref c’est tout bonnement une grosse arnaque passez votre chemin vous me remercierez !
Ah et aussi comptez le délais ATROCE de livraison

A pior experiência de compra que eu já tive até hoje. Comprei meu sapato no dia 01 de abril, fui receber ele somente no dia 22 de abril somente para experimentar o sapato e descobrir que ele não cabia no meu pé pois a numeração que eles usam não é fidedigna, eu comprei 39UE que é o meu tamanho, e o sapato mesmo assim não cabia. Se fosse só esse meu problema seria tudo bem... Eu tive que trocar 23 EMAILS por mais de três semanas para tentar trocar o sapato por um tamanho maior. Descobri que eles mandam você devolver o sapato para a China (acho que eles fabricam os sapatos lá) e fazer VOCÊ pagar pelo envio do sapato, e isso eu nunca vi acontecer com nenhuma outra empresa. Bom, eles me ofereceram 25 dólares pra ficar com um sapato que não cabia, eu preferi trocar, e agora eles se recusam a pagar pelo meu custo de envio do sapato para eles. Eu não sei se eles vão me enviar o sapato e nem quando isso vai acontecer, nada é transparente na comunicação, ainda estou no aguardo para saber se um dia vou receber o sapato e o reembolso pela troca do sapato. Pelo amor de Deus não comprem nesse site, existem opções melhores.

Jeg har modtaget den fineste pakke, dog efter forholdsvis lang ventetid, men dette gjorde ikke det store, da jeg havde rig mulighed for at følge min pakke med massere af opdateringer om dens lokation. Mine sko kom som forventet, men med en fin hilsen, pakket ind i dustbags, og med en lille “suprise”. Jeg er meget tilfreds☺️

Qualité du produit irréprochable.
La compagnie donne des accessoires ce qui augmente le confort et un parfait ajustement.
Les souliers sont dans des pochettes de satin pour ne pas les abîmer .
Et en plus un petit cadeau accompagne le tout.

Ni plus ni moins qu’un site de drop shipping. Ils disent être installé depuis plus de 30 ans et propose des chaussures « luxueuses » mais quand on regarde l’origine des chaussures elles proviennent toutes d’un site chinois et sont de très basses qualités mais les prix sont exorbitants. Plus d’un mois de délai souvent pour recevoir le produit et aucun retour n’est proposé par le site si ce n’est à vos frais. À éviter +++

J'adore le design et le cuir est très haut de gamme. Elles étaient parfaites pour mon dîner d'affaires. Cependant, la livraison a pris beaucoup plus de temps que prévu et j'ai reçu très peu de nouvelles. Les chaussures sont superbes, mais la logistique a besoin d'être sérieusement améliorée.

This website is a complete scam - purchased shoes from them that did not fit and since then I have been trying to get somebody to tell me the returns process (4 -emails so far) They offered me a $20 dollar refund for a pair of shoes that cost ten times that offering to allow me to keep a pair of shoes that do not fit.....No answer on contact WhatsApp my messages have not even been read and no-one is answering the phone DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!
