Hi, I placed an order on June 1, 2026, and paid for it, but I still haven't received the goods. Communication from the store has been non-existent—except for promotional emails. I am disappointed and am currently disputing the payment through my bank.

i buy the army merch box from 21 may and i dont still have it they dont anwser your emails i want my money back i hope that you find the box somwhere else the site need to shut down they fake

I ordered two of the boxes for gifts for my children. I waited over 8 weeks and then posted on social media due to nothing being delivered.
It was only due to me posting a negative review that they sent me an extremely poor quality t-shirt and a cheap keyring that didnt have anything to do with BTS.
It's a complete scam and I hope other Army's read this review and don't order from this website. BTS would be saddened for their fans spending their money on merch which never arrives or is very poor quality and unofficial

This shop is the worst. Support never answer e-mails. I ordered three times. One really arrived, but the other ones... nothing.

Ne pas acheter sur ce site… j’ai voulu annuler ma commande et récupérer mon argent et je n’ai toujours aucun retours de leur part… je vais voir avec ma banque pour faire le nécessaire.
Comment profiter de l’argent des gens… et plus rien comme nouvelles

I order my merchandise on May 17. Still not received. I have sent lots of emails and spoke on chat, which they are refusing to answer. Never use them again. I have lost a lot of money and im an OAP.

Ho ordinato una felpa a fine marzo sono passati due mesi e non ho ancora ricevuto niente. Se faccio il tracciamento dice che i pacco è partito due mesi fa ma ripeto, non mi è arrivato niente. Continuo a scrivere alla loro mail e non rispondono. Non comprate assolutamente da questo sito

Horrible company! Their customers service is non existent. I never received my merchandise. Five emails to customer service have gone unanswered but they are still sending me email to buy more stuff. DO NOT ODER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

It is scam, i never get my package and no responde if you try to contact them.

Ordered a fake membership and a hoodie - ended up doing a chargeback through my bank. No items received and no one gets back to you. Only buy through the Weverse app !

I recently ordered the “Merch Army Box” along with autographed postcards from armymerchgiftshop.com, and this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

After waiting nearly a month and a half, my order finally arrived and the box contained nothing but a single t-shirt. The rest of the items I paid for were completely missing.

I reached out to their support team FOUR separate times and never received a single response. At that point, I had no choice but to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Only after the charge was reversed did I finally hear from them and instead of addressing the issue, apologizing, or fixing the order, they simply sent me the original tracking number showing the incomplete package was delivered. They even used that to dispute the chargeback, putting the charge back on my card.

So now I’m stuck continuing to fight this, with zero accountability or customer service from them.

Absolutely terrible experience. Missing items, no communication, and no effort to resolve the issue.

Avoid at all costs.

I'm pretty sure this is a scam shop. I ordered a tracksuit and hoodie on 11/02/2026 and have heard nothing at all. I've emailed directly and using the contact form and I've had nothing. I'm having to do a chargeback on my card because they're not even responding for me to be able to cancel

Big scam for fake merch. Ordered and never shipped for 1 month. Does not respond to multiple emails and chat functions is a fake. Initiated charge back from my credit card and got another email of it “shipped” which is fake. 3 weeks later maybe tracking - hoping my grievance goes through and I get my money back.

I didn't get everything I ordered and they don't respond when I email them
