Finalmente sono riuscita a fare questo viaggio in Argentina e Patagonia.
Erano anni che volevo farlo ma mi sembrava difficile da organizzare. Mi sono poi imbattuta in Argentina on the go e tutto e*diventato semplice.
Grazie a Ignacio che pazientemente mi ha organizzato e piu' volte modificato l'itinerario e grazie a Jeremias che era il mio agente di riferimento in loco, una presenza costante che ha reso il tutto facile, ho potuto pensare soltanto all'esperienza che stavo vivendo lasciando a lui ed ai vari agenti di riferimento delle localita" visitate tutto il resto.
Tutto e" stato perfetto e senza intoppi, i trasferimenti, i voli, gli alberghi scelti, le escursioni.....

We had booked a cruise to Antarctica and thought, while traveling to South America, why not tour Argentina as well? We contacted three travel companies, all based in Argentina, and ultimately decided to go with Argentina on the Go (AOTG). From the start, they provided the most options and truly listened to our needs. They customized our experiences based on what we wanted to do, rather than pushing a preset itinerary.

We just returned from our trip and couldn’t be happier with our decision. One of the biggest challenges when we travel is that my wife has food allergies, which can create a lot of unnecessary stress. During our trip, we had several all-day activities that required boxed lunches. Over the course of our journey, we received more than a dozen boxed lunches, and every single time, my wife’s meal was properly labeled and marked. Her food was just as delicious as mine but prepared safely to accommodate her allergies.

All of our accommodations were perfect. Most hotels provided early check-in and late check-out when needed, and several times, our room was even upgraded. Our guides and drivers prioritized our comfort and experience, often allowing us to skip long lines in popular tourist locations, saving us valuable time. All of our flights went smoothly without any issues.

Upon our arrival in Argentina, AOTG assigned us a travel host, Pia, who, along with her assistants, was available 24/7 if we had any questions or concerns. Pia checked us in for our flights and sent us our boarding passes 24 hours in advance. She even helped with practical advice, such as the best places to exchange money and restaurant recommendations.

We highly recommend AOTG!

C’è poco da dire se non che è stata un’organizzazione perfetta ed impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista! Un ringraziamento particolare a Mauro per la pazienza dimostrata durante le lunghe fasi organizzative e a Jeremias sul campo!

We have just completed our monthly tour of Argentina and Chile. All the reservations ( incl. domestic flights , local tours and guides , hotel reservations, ) were done by AOG . All was done with excellent precision , care and personal contact and assistance any time we required one . There is not even one single issue which went wrong . I have carefully analyzed all the operators approach to our idea of travel before final booking . Each trip is different , each arrangements of the trip too . Our idea was to pay a little more for the agency and not spend days and days on searching the best local prices etc . If one’s idea of travel is similar we recommend AOG as probably the best company in the region .
Our trip included : BA ( 3 days ) Ushuaia ( 3 days ) , Cape Horn by ship ( 5 days ) Torres del Paine ( 5 days hiking ) Atacama ( 4 days ) , Easter Island ( 4 days ) and Santiago ( 3 days ) .

We had an outstanding experience with AOTG, Starting with the planning phase many months ago, and then the ultimate realization of all of those months of planning. The AOTG team. Planned travel experiences for us prior to an 18 Day Capehorn cruise starting in Santiago, Chile, and ending with Buenos Aires and then Iguazu Falls. we were treated as VIPs everywhere we went with every pick up and drop off being on time and all of the tour guides who we worked with in each of the various cities and ports also being at the top of their game. We especially appreciated being listened to as to our budget for the trip and then the kinds of experiences we wanted to have. We highly recommend this company to anyone considering a trip to South America.

Confiamos a AONTG la organización de nuestra luna de miel en Argentina. Quedamos muy satisfechos. No sólo adaptaron el viaje a nuestras (numerosas) peticiones (viniendo de Italia, queríamos ver la mayor parte posible de Argentina, incluso saliéndonos de las «rutas tradicionales»), sino que estuvieron siempre localizables durante las tres semanas de viaje para resolver cualquier eventualidad de forma muy amable y simpática (incluso las más triviales, pero aún así complicadas para los extranjeros, como recargar la tarjeta sim argentina o consejos muy apreciados sobre restaurantes y lugares a los que ir, no sólo en Buenos Aires). En este sentido, ¡un sincero agradecimiento a Jeremías que nos acompañó en este hermoso viaje!

Abbiamo contattato Argentina On The Go dall'Italia per organizzare un viaggio in Patagonia: abbiamo avuto come primo riferimento Ignacio, che, sulla base delle nostre indicazioni, ci ha proposto un programma completo e bilanciato. È stato sempre molto rapido nelle risposte, anche quando abbiamo dovuto fare delle modifiche al programma, e in poche settimane abbiamo confermato tutto. Una volta in Argentina, il nostro riferimento è stato Jeremias, sempre disponibile e pronto a rispondere a tutti i nostri messaggi, a qualsiasi ora e anche nei giorni di festa, come Natale e il primo dell'anno! Ci ha accolti in hotel il primo giorno, abbiamo rivisto con lui tutte le attività programmate e ci ha spiegato tutto nel dettaglio. Durante tutte le tappe del viaggio non abbiamo mai avuto problemi con nessuna delle agenzie che, di volta in volta, ci avevano in carico. Il nostro viaggio prevedeva il nord del Cile e il sud della Bolivia. Purtroppo abbiamo dovuto interrompere il tour per il mal d’altura che ha colpito uno dei partecipanti. Argentina On The Go ci ha immediatamente assistito e ha organizzato in tempi brevi un itinerario alternativo che si è rivelato interessante e piacevole. Eduardo, la nostra guida/autista, che ci ha accompagnato da Arica nel nord del Cile fino a Calama è stato professionale e estremamente gentile.
