Pibe de Barrio - Matchday Experiences Arvostelua 

Theo was an excellent guide. Really enjoyed the whole trip. Highly recommended!

In February 2026, a good friend and I visited Buenos Aires. We were very keen to watch some football, but we hadn’t done any planning before the trip.

Pibe de Barrio were incredibly helpful in securing tickets for a San Lorenzo match. It was also a special request, as I use a wheelchair and therefore needed a ticket for a specific seating area.

The whole experience was fantastic. Leon, our guide from Pibe de Barrio, was extremely helpful (and spoke excellent English, which was a big plus since we speak very little Spanish). He shared a lot of information about the club and supported us throughout the entire experience.

We’ll be returning to Buenos Aires in February 2027, and there is no doubt that we will use Pibe de Barrio again to arrange our football matches on that trip. I can recommend them to everyone!

Leon was amazing - he took care of us throughout the entire experience and went beyond with his attention in the rain when I had to leave my seat he actually moved to my seat so it would stay dry - gentlemen still exist and they are in Argentina! Leon our whole family loved the experience and you made it possible!

Amazing experience going to a Boca game. The PPIBE team picked us up from the bar, lead us to the stadium and ensured we had very good seats. Recommend it!

We booked to go to a Boca game through Pibe and it did not disappoint! The team make everything really easy and keep you informed with loads of useful info before the game. They set up a meeting point and get everyone ready for the match. Our guide, Leon, was fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us, from making the entry as efficient as possible, accommodating when we wanted to get some merchandise and waiting with us to get us back home safely. He went above and beyond as well as being really informative, so again special thanks to Leon. I can’t recommend Pibe enough, if you’re thinking of going to a game make sure to use the Pibe team

Leon was AMAZING! So knowledgeable and kind and passionate about futbol. We truly enjoyed ourselves and he was very friendly and knows a lot about BA and futbol. He helped us navigate the logistics and shared about his personal life. I would book with him again in a heartbeat.

I attended the Boca Juniors match against Católica with Theo as our guide, and everything went perfectly. Theo was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience even more enjoyable.
I also attended a San Lorenzo match with Martin as our guide. Like Theo, Martin had excellent football knowledge and explained everything clearly to the group.
I can highly recommend Pibe de Barrio as well as both guides, Martin and Theo. Their passion for football and their insights made both experiences unforgettable.

As a group of 4 we went to the River Plate v Blooming match at Estadio Monumental. Theo was our guide. Theo is passionate about football and passionate about River. He assisted us in meeting up, eating, drinking and getting into the stadium and he was great fun. This is a unique experience that any sports fan or fan of Argentinian culture should experience. We loved it!

Theo was an awesome guide, was so fun and felt like he was just one of our friends. He knows his stuff too and you can tell he really cares about the game. Santi was also awesome, super great guy and awesome guide.
