I am so done with the poor food service this company offers at my employer Aib's site in swords.
The portions being handed out ar petty for what we are expected to pay.
Excluding the till girl who is lovely, the serving staff are cranky and lack personality and in particular the cook who really needs to take a crash course in integrity and respect for those he is serving. Let this be constructive criticism and less of the attitude guys. In comparison to all other Aib buildings this is by far the worst quality and smallest portioned food available, where is the consistency?

Insanely overpriced products, just buy a coffee machine for the office and save the money and hassle of this company, and make sure you already have a replacement machine on hand because they'll come take theirs without giving you any notice. $35 for the same box of coffee you can get at staples for $20. For what?

This company in UK doesn't care about their employees. Communication between departments is non existent. They don't pay the rate quoted for shifts or bother to sort out problems. Worst company I've ever worked for

for years our company has used IMS for our Carb Day festivities as Our vendors/Customers help invest in paying over $20,000 for a suite and Aramark is the food/beverage supplier. Every year they lack communication, professionalism, hygiene and basic math skills. We made those complaints to them numerous times and when we decided to give them a third chance they said we can not work with you any longer as your company has been rude and hostile towards our staff (FALSE). They take no accountability for anything and have now lost a huge client that spends a lot of money. I wish IMS would get rid of Aramark as they are a detriment to their establishment. Horrible company and highly recommend no one use them.

I put in a application and they set me up an interview and the night before my interview for know reason at all they sent me a text message saying I couldn't work for them for know reason

Wir hatten mal ein richtig guten Koch. Der war aber nicht lange bei den, verständlich wenn man als Koch Qualität liefern möchte. Ist Aramark der falsche Partner für ein Koch, der ordentlich Skills mitbringt aber Aramark durch minderwertige Produkte ihm ins Gefängnis sperrt. Inzwischen gehen von 10 Kollegen nur noch 3 in die Kantine aber auch nur weil sie nicht viele Möglichkeiten haben.

I am writing this regarding the management services provided by Aramark at the Priorsgate complex in Dublin, Ireland. The lack of oversight and failure to manage subcontractors is unacceptable for a global management firm.

I have been waiting since early October for a basic parking permit for a space that I own. Despite five documented requests and my service charges being fully paid, the management team has failed to ensure their subcontractor (Best Car Parks) delivers the required documentation. While the local manager has acknowledged the issue, there is zero follow-through or accountability.

As a property owner, being forced to park in my own deeded space under the constant threat of enforcement action due to management's administrative failure is a breach of service. I have now initiated a formal complaint with the Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA) in Ireland (License No. 001968) due to this persistent negligence.

We were looking forward to our Christmas Party at the Everton Football Club and the Hill Dickinson LLP stadium this Friday 12th December

But on 3 days notice, Aramark have emailed us kindly informing they've moved our party to Saturday!

No explanation, no calls, just an email and the expectation that trains and hotels booked and childcare arranged can all be shifted to the next day.

The lack of communication is unbelievable.

I've heard the phrase "Everton that" a few times over the years.

But it feels this time they are being let down by their suppliers.

Bei uns führt Aramark die Kantine im Betrieb. Ich habe ganz oft den Eindruck, dass mit extrem spitzem Bleistift gerechnet wird. Alle Komponenten wirken billig und sind 0815 Massenware.
Man kann es in den meisten Fällen essen, es ist aber absolut kein kulinarisches Highlight. Wie sagt man so schön :" Der Hunger treibts rein!"
Für mich stimmen dort Preis/Leistung nicht.
Was mich aber am meisten stört/aufregt, ist die unterschiedliche Portionsausgabe bei gleichem Preis. Kollegen vor mir bekamen deutlich mehr und ich bekam ne Kinderportion - wohlgemerkt bei gleichem Preis. Bei meiner Nachfrage hat man das verneint, aber optisch war der Unterschied deutlich sichtbar und das geht garnicht. Auch die Flexibilität, wenn man z.B. mehr Gemüse statt Beilage möchte, fehlt irgendwie bzw. man tut sich schwer damit. Man bekommt dann zwar weniger Beilage, aber auch nicht wirklich mehr Gemüse. Und die Fertigprodukte wie Teilchen, Kuchen, belegte Brötchen finde ich sehr teuer.
Als ich vergangenen Samstag mit meiner Mutter ins Kris. musste und ihr dort aus dem ebenfalls Aramark Automaten ein Wasser ziehen wollte, nahm der Automat zwar mein Geld, ich bekam aber kein Produkt. Unter der ServiceNr. war niemand erreichbar. Heute am Montag habe ich jemanden erreicht. Dort sagte man mir, man könne mir mein Geld nicht zurückerstatten, sondern nur ein Produkt ausgeben.
Also für mich ist Aramark der letzte Saftladen.

Avoid using Aramark for bean to cup rentals if you manage an Apartment Community. Wish I had read the reviews first. They obviously don't care with such a low rating.

Aramark Customer Service is horrible. It's one of Northside Hospital's largest contracts, so we are forced to use them. NSH's Standard of excellence is top tier, and dealing with Aramark is quite an inconvenience.

My experience was years ago, but I found myself reflecting on it recently. Years ago, I worked at a Dodger game through an agency, and it was fun. Armark hired the agency to bring workers into the game to help. I noticed Aramark was hiring, so I applied for the job. The following day, I showed up for the next Dodger game, and everyone was fired and thrown out with no explanation. I have no idea why, but Aramark was responsible. So I spoke up to the woman who worked in HR about my job application because it was she who accepted my application. She had me come in for an interview, ONLY to blackball me during the process. It was a setup. This is how abusive these people are. I later balled her out as she deserved it!

Fast forward years later, I get hired to work at Fullerton University as a cashier, turns out that it is Aramark running the food service there. It was so toxic that I walked out after a few weeks. Rhonda, a white woman, was racist and rude all the time. She yelled at people if they were on a cell phone, but she was on hers all the time during working hours.

Stupid young kids who worked there were trouble makers, many sh**t talkers. I got so fed up with the BS, I really didn't care, so I took my check and left. This is a really bad company, and no one does anything to discipline people for their bad behavior.

I work for myself now, and I will NOT EVER work for anyone again. It's not worth the mental abuse.

They do not listen to complaints, the independent company they use to take complaints doesn't even follow up with complaints. Aramark does not like to follow up or listen.my husband Worked in a prison setting, several managers were bringing in drugs to inmates. When other manager shelly was told she did everything in her power to make things difficult and fire him. Other manager Patrick was hired from dunking doughnut and never knew how to do his job he also made remarks about not liking black people to inmates and made racial jokes towards and person of different decent. Husband never received his last check. Shelly called told my husband not to return, then acted like she didn't know why he hadn't come back on voicemails to cover herself. Served low quality food or slop to people. One manager was fired for bringing in drugs already. But when you do the right thing and tell corporate they let the person you told on anonymously know you told on them.

Aramark at Warner Bros Studios is an atrocious company to work for. They have no structure. The supervisors and managers are too young to be in the role, many are under 18. Staff are bullied and belittled, and most can’t wait to leave.

Manager at Ottawa location does not wear a uniform and works the line, inside the kitchen, serving customers-her clothes are disgraceful!! Too tight for an obese person who shows off badly done tattoos on arms and shoulders. She snaps at customers and also wears tight pants that only come down two thirds down her leg- a health and safety violation. Continually takes off early, sells leftover food and chicken is awful mixed and dark meat from a frozen bag. Her second in command uses weird, unappetizing spices on EVERYTHING. Dishwasher never cleans anything and spends his time making dumb talk to anyone so that he can get attention for himself. Food prices changed without the client's being communicated. Always out of stock of cold foods; manager constantly uses excuse of being understaffed while her favourites standing around doing nothing

Do not work for ST James aramark uk! Ruben Perez is a manager and he is a lier! I didn't get my P45 and payslips that means first 3 months you work for them illegally! The place is a total scam, you have to do not only your duties but they forcing you to help others because they always short of staff. Atm my qlawyer making a lawsuit for that guy so I see how it goes but in UK you must provide payslips and P45 I've got an email from him that he will send it my mail, but there's none.

I was just told I have A interview. Then they cancel it not even 1 minute after very unprofessional this is very disappointing and sad for me because was excited then just got shot down like chopped liver. Everything happens for a reason maybe the job is not meant for me is how I'm looking at. I stay positive in every outcome. Better opportunities

I went on an interview for a position of laundry attendant. But the lady Tiffany starts talking about a floor tech job. Let’s keep in mind. My appointment was supposed to be at 11 didn’t have it till 1140 so there was no apology so I let it slide Says the floor tech you buffing Waxing strip and I had to stop in the middle of sentence. I said this isn’t the laundry I applied for the position position. Why didn’t I receive a notification saying we hired someone.keep in mind ten minutes she tells me.she Tiffany assume I would be ok floor tech job I said myself this is supposed be laundry postion she started talking about floor tech job she Tiffany should started sir interview for floor tech job. Had stop her.would you like to apply for another position communication never given before interview So I went on because I was already there. It’s like saying the positions already hard do you want to be a doctor? I have no experience with that if you get my drift so I reported it I reported issues to Coordinator and she said “”what do you want to look to get out of this? I’m thinking this HR person is going to do something about it but she did nothing I said I want Apology and all the HR coordinator say was I have all your full details I can’t telll what will happen said what do you want out of this? How do you say? What do you want out of this but you can’t tell me what’s going to happen she never received an apology from HR and I told the coordinator if you already have someone they should’ve been notification saying position interview for another position to me and I know that I went for another interview and another job wouldn’t work for this company. Aramark operates by people who target profit at any cost, do not trust them, they will promise you good working environment but instead you’re walking in to toxic environment ,they are destroying good people! Lack of any empathy for employees.Nightmare to work for Aramark! The HR department will make sure you are aware of that if you bring any issues to the attention of the Aramark HR department!!
