Terry Nightwine, who works in the Nashville, TN area, has been the biggest help! She’s not even my property manager, but she’s been so helpful, answering all my questions and even fixing the broken fridge handles herself before our lease started. She’s incredibly kind and knows her stuff inside and out. If you’re in the area, I would definitely suggest connecting with Terry for assistance. She truly went above and beyond!
