Fast and profesional, good discount, fast delivery.

Fast shipping can’t say anything about it apart of 5 stars…but the perfume is a bit disappointing as it’s very weak to the point it will disappear after minutes.

Work environment has suspicious activity. They had cut commission pay and benefits to all staff whilst manager takes all benefits. You are not allowed to be a minute late otherwise 5£ is taken out of your salary.

Working here is like slavery, you’re on your feet 24/7 and not being allowed to have a rest until your break. The Manager watches you on a massive TV screen in his office and will come down to grill you for the lack of customers in the store.

Marketing for the products here is abysmal, the Oxford Street branch lacks the excitement and creativity to be selling perfumes that barely last long as well as a lack of security due to thiefs is also a growing issue, putting the lives of employees at risk.

The branch manager has no sense of responsibility or accountability if anything goes wrong, its the employees fault always, do not work for this place.

Packaging is amazing especially for gifts and order process was easy.

I am using Arabian Oud from many years and I would not change it from anything else!
I hope to see more Unisex option where my husband and I, we can share it!

Absolutely loved

I was told in the shop(Oxford street, London) that you don’t use Alcohol in the perfume but the one I ordered has it and in that confidence I noticed it after I opened the bottle so I can’t even return.
