Website easy to use and negotiate. Helpful people who actually answer the phone and speak to you makes a huge difference in my opinion. My query answered, I placed order and bath was delivered with no issues on my chosen date, carefully packaged.
As so well packed, it was left unchecked on delivery and I haven’t unpacked yet, as waiting for Plumber to start.
However, I don’t envisage any problems and wouldn’t hesitate in giving five stars.

ITEM NOT DELIVERED MONETY TAKEN - ORD1000084552

I paid for express delivery on a shower door that should have been here Friday. I called Friday to chase it and was told someone would get back to me (no one did). I was told that the screen would not be delivered until the couriers had booked in a date (which they still have not done) so now i have an angry customer who is asking when they will have their shower screen and i am still totally in the dark. Please sort this out

UPDATE - Following this review the company got in touch to say the item was damaged in transit and a replacement will be sent. To be honest its really annoying and i'm not quite sure i believe this. However its very tough for business at the moment and these guys are obviously trying their best.

THE worst company I have EVER dealt with. The customer service is appalling, the staff are rude, talk over you, don't want to help, they just want your money!! I've saved a long time for a nice bathroom suite but my sink had a chip in it which they refused to do anything about. My husband and I didn't work so incredibly hard for a damaged product and no way of replacing it.
From what I've read online and on Facebook this company is run by crooks - wouldn't surprise me if the 'excellent' reviews given on here are from the company owners!!

Unfortunately part of this order arrived damage, however thanks to Scott for his help , this was replaced without any complications. Very good after sales service.

As I had previously used Aquabliss and was impressed I decided to use them again and wasn't disappointed.
The delivery and Communication where fast and precise.
The goods were again High quality and solidly made making fitting a breeze.

Avoid! I bought a shower enclosure. It arrived damaged and I spent 3 weeks trying to get them to replace it. They will keep accusing you of damaging the item and ask for photo after photo but won’t exchange or refund. The last guy I spoke to was shouting at me and being really aggressive - I’ve never come across anything like it from a store ever. He was unhinged. Do not buy from this outfit - you will regret it if anything goes wrong. They don’t subscribe to normal behaviour when it comes to handling damaged goods or exchanges.

ordered a shower door and panel - received the wrong item. agreeed to return. returned but parcel got stuck in courier network due to oversize. they refuse to refund until they have it back in their hands. we are now out of pocket and they are not cooperating.
AVOID in case of problems. - not worth the hassle.

Order processed quickly and efficiently. Even when I had to email immediately after submitting and paying for my order and spotted a duplication which was an error in my part. The customer services acted before despatch and my order was amended and refunded straight away. Very happy. We have yet to fit the items purchased so can’t comment on quality at this point.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Sent bowed shower tray and despite photos said that the picture taken on delivery shows it wasn’t bowed ( the tray was in 2 inches of protective wrapping) after initial response have ignored follow up communication. my guess is they are selling seconds, save your money go somewhere with a decent reputation

The customer service team managed to source this for me to save another delivery cost from another company
The products are top notch and delivery was within 5 days

Very poor aftersales. Product was supposed to have easy-clean glass. Instead the glass had a striped deposit on the glass that made it look dirty. Altersales said they would check with suppliers and since then do not answer emails. I would not use them again.

Excellent service & delivery. Kept informed all the way on despatch & delivery. Unfortunately I had to return the item as it wasn't suitable for the person it was bought for. Again excellent service on refunding the money. Will recommend & use again

Purchased 1200mm Motiv basin unit along with other bathroom furniture.

The Motiv unit is the one that I have a problem with as it hasn’t lasted

Aquabliss now sell this unit with a 15 year guarantee.
Well if you believe that you would believe anything!!!
The drawer units are not sealed around the edges so if there is any spillages or anything that’s the end of it.
The water gets into the mdf which then swells.
After that the laminate on unit cracks.

Unit doesn’t look very nice once this happens!

Spoke to customer services about it and sent emails, at first things looked positive and they were going to look into it for me.

I had to chase a couple of times as they said they was waiting for a response from manufacturers.
It then took over 3 weeks to get manufactures response and they said it was impact damage.
It’s clear from the photos it’s not impact damage!
Spoke to customer service again as I wasn’t happy with response and they fobbed me off with manufacturers details that were incorrect just to give me the the run around I think.
Then spoke to them again and they didn’t want to know!!!
Be warned that their customer service is extremely poor if you have any problems!

I certainly wouldn’t use them or recommend them to anyone now which is a shame as we was really happy with how our bathroom looked when it was new!!!

On calling to place my order the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
The items arrived swiftly and I found the products to be good quality at a competitive price

AVOID!! I ordered a shower enclosure and shower from Aquabliss in August, but the shower tray was delivered cracked and the shower was different to what was shown on the website so I requested a refund. They agreed to this and said they'd arrange collection but it's now December and they haven't contacted me since! Customer service has been very poor and argumentative then ignored me. I've raised a credit card claim so hoping to get my money back this way.

I purchased a complete shower unit and fittings and was very pleased with the quality of everything. After a few weeks the chrome waste cover started to loose its chrome plating. I contacted Aquabliss explained the problem and provided photos. Aquabliss prompts contacted the suppliers and arranged for a new waste which turned up the following day.
The whole process took less than 3 days, I can't praise their customer service enough they were spot on.
I would wholeheartedly recommend their products and support.

Delivery arrived in good time after checking the items I was missing a shower tray waste , rang Aquabliss who then ensured a replace the was sent

I recently purchased a shower set from Aquabliss only to find, three weeks after I had accepted the delivery with a visual inspection, that the shower tray was warped.
I contacted Customer Services and was asked, less than six hours later, to submit images, was then informed that the query had been submitted to their supplier. One day later I was informed that the tray would be replaced, and then it was delivered two days later.
From start to finish the process was less than three days, Scott and a Jordan kept me informed at every step, and the problem was resolved without any drama. Excellent Customer Services, thank you.
