Very helpful and extremely reasonable
Popped in on the off chance they had a showroom. They do not, but the 2 staff were very helpful and advised they had what I was after in stock and went and got it for me. I was then shown exactly how to assemble my shower rail. The shower rail was very reasonably priced, more than 50% then I had seen elsewhere, and so far has been a really good purchase. Would highly recommend.

Rubbish Quality bad return process
I purchased a concealed shower valve only to realise how rubbish quality it was when it arrived. I only had to open the 1st box containing the rain shower head which had gritty unsmooth edges. Definitely not for me.
Once a return request was sent had no reply even though they say they reply in 2 days.
Took issue with PayPal. BATHROOM House partial refunded me. Deducted £70. They have made a video recording of unboxing the return box. All i can say its the most pathetic thing I seen.
They have made out that the shower rail is damaged. In the video you can see the unboxer is strugging with the shower rail and its off the cameras view. This doesn't prove anything.
If you think this nonsense cant go any lower then your wrong. They say i tried to fit the shower rail. Bear in mind this is a concealed shower so 1st the valve would need fitting. Then the moisture borads would go on. Then the wall would be tiled. See my point. So i tried to fit the rail without even fitting the valve. OK. I think the stupidity speaks for itself.
Do yourself a favour and avoid. Many other reviews say the same thing. Obviously a recurring theme here.
Good companies dont have to write an essay when replying.
Thankyou to PayPal for refunding me the full amount. They saw sense.

Waste of money
Ordered a shower riser for my shower valve but it didn't fit. Asked for a refund, staff said they'd try issue one but spent days on emails suggesting other products instead of a refund. I've ended up keeping the item which is no use to me and staff at this company wasted my time on calls. I would not recommend buying from them because you'll waste your money.

From our review of your order, the issue raised relates to compatibility and the product is not suitable for your requirements. We understand how frustrating it can be when something doesn’t fit. We have a sales team available that can advise on product sizes and compatibility prior to purchase. Our listings also have this information so that you can check compatibility prior to purchasing items with Bathroom House.
Your first contact with us regarding a return was made outside of the 14-day return and cancellation period. This means a refund was no longer applicable under standard return terms. However, despite this, we understand that you chose a product that was unsuitable for your requirements and offered to accept the item back as a gesture of goodwill and provide a credit note so you wouldn’t be left out of pocket. Credit Notes are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
We also took the time to suggest alternative options to try and help you find a suitable solution, rather than leaving you without support.
We appreciate that this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for, but we do aim to apply our policies fairly and consistently for all customers and go beyond your minimum consumer rights by offering to return the items outside of the 14 day period.

Delivery shortage and slow response.
I ordered a thermostatic bath filler with shower attachment plus a bath waste / overflow attachment on 26 Feb for next day delivery. Despite all being in stock when ordered, when picked the waste was out of stock. I agreed to delay delivery by one week. Shure enough one week later shower turned up but no waste. It has taken until today (15 April) following numerous emails, photos etc for them to admit that the waste was not shipped. Apparently initially all of their warehouse records etc showed that it had shipped so I guess their warehouse needs some attention.

From what you’ve described, it’s clear that your order was not handled to the standard we expect. While we did initially advise of a delay due to stock availability, the subsequent issue with the missing item and the time it took to resolve is not acceptable.
We understand how frustrating it must have been to have to follow up multiple times and provide additional information, particularly when the item should have been supplied as part of your original order.
We are currently reviewing this internally to understand how this occurred and to prevent similar situations in future.

15+ Days Waiting - Zero Response on Faulty Oslo Shower Unit
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of after-sales support from Bathroom House. I purchased an "Oslo Chrome Deck Mounted Thermostatic 3 Way System". This unit has been plagued with issues since installation.
Initially, the diverter was faulty (which they did replace), but now the main tap has developed a significant leak that pools in the bathtub. I emailed their support team 15 days ago and to date, I have received nothing but an automated response.
What is most frustrating is their automated "warning" that sending a chaser email will move you to the back of the queue. This essentially leaves the customer in "support limbo" with a faulty, leaking product and no way to get an update.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I am entitled to a product that is of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. This tap is neither. I am still waiting for a resolution and a replacement cartridge. I hope this public review finally prompts a response from someone in the team.
