Aptamil caused anaphylactic shock.
The baby was refusing to take Aptamil , I just tasted 2 spoons of milk directly from the Aptamil liquid containing bottle. I developed anaphylactic shock, taken to A&E immediately. Life saving injections were given within 20 minutes. This product needs to be proper testing before sending to the market.

Delay in receiving a pending subscription order
I am still yet to receive a subscription order of 3 units of Aptamil 1200g after a week of payment, which is so disappointing. Customer team takes ages to respond and I'm still yet to receive a definite response concerning the order in question.

Aptaclub delivered a crushed, badly packaged parcel
I’m extremely disappointed with the condition our aptaclub parcel was delivered in. The box arrived completely crushed, split open at the top, and barely holding together with tape. It looked like it had been dropped, crushed, or otherwise mishandled multiple times during transit.
This is a product for infants, where hygiene and proper handling really matter. Receiving it in packaging that has clearly been badly damaged raises serious concerns about how the parcel was treated and whether the contents are still safe to use. The bottles were held together in a wrapper which said 'transit packaging - remove before sale' which is concerning too. It looks like it was hastily put together by DPD rather than packaged properly by Aptamil.
Frankly, my dog food subscription arrives in a better condition. I will not be ordering from aptaclub again.

Although deliveries are handled by our courier partners, parcels should still arrive securely packaged and in good condition, so we’d really like to look into this further for you. The transit packaging you mentioned is used to keep the products secure during shipping, however the parcel itself should not arrive damaged as you’ve described.

Hi there, thanks for your review. We understand it can be surprising when the powder doesn’t appear to fill the whole pack.
We need to leave a space between the powder and the foil seal so that the air inside the pack can be replaced with a safe packaging gas, which helps maintain the quality of the formula. The additional space between the foil seal and the plastic lid also serves an important hygiene purpose.
Because of this, the pack can sometimes give the impression of being underfilled, and the powder may also become compacted during transit, which can make the level look lower.
Our formulas are sold by weight, not by volume, and every unit is automatically weighed before it leaves the factory to ensure it contains the correct amount. We also allow a small amount of space to account for natural variations in powder particle size.

My baby has been on Aptamil 1 since birth due to low milk supply . He started vomiting from 0month and he’s still vomiting . I was told he will outgrow it but he’s 6 months now yet there’s no difference. Thinking of changing formula !!!

Absolutely disgusting
Absolutely disgusting. The one thing parents should be able to trust is that baby formula is safe, and clearly that’s no longer the case. Babies are being fed products that are later recalled for containing toxins, and we’re just supposed to accept that as normal?
These companies charge a fortune for formula, yet somehow contaminated batches are still making it into people’s homes and into babies’ bottles. This isn’t a minor inconvenience — this is about infant safety. Parents are left panicking, checking batch codes, worrying if their baby has been poisoned, and dealing with illness that never should have happened in the first place.
The recent recalls linked to cereulide toxin, which has made dozens of babies ill in the UK, show a serious failure in quality control and responsibility.
Honestly, it’s terrifying that something so basic and essential can’t be trusted. Do better. Babies deserve better.

Do not trust this company
A company trusted to provide babies with safe food, instead poisoning them with poorly maintained batches. My daughter has had at least 6 months of this toxic mess. Embarrased I have given them any money whatsoever.

I dont know why you guys change the…
I dont know why you guys change the previous milk and your new milk is really taste bad and babys dont like the taste when i checked it bitter how can babies drink that milk?
So bad i wont recommend other to buy and waste milk.

BABY MILK
I would suggest testing other aptimil milks as i put my baby on aptimil stage 2 after the sma recall.
We had the bad batch and had the symptoms of cramps and sickness, and diarrhoea.
She settled temporarily and then the same symptoms returned!!! Using ready made stage 2 and the tub of powder.
Since the latest recall iv decided to put her on cows milk and problem solved no more crying out in pain sickness or diarrhoea !
This whole situation needs to be taken more seriously as it is shocking and surreal to think its played down that babies are getting sick because of contaminated milk
Something so serious and there is no contact with customer service just a message with a robot /automated response!

I bought my baby Aptamil at the beginning of July 2025. Today I saw that they “recalled” most of the Aptamil sold in that period.
My baby just stopped using Aptamil 1 as she turned 6 months. I thought that those 50 years of experience it is not used for advertising.
Shame on you!!!!!!!
