Great company
We can not recommend Darren enough! From the very first contact through to completion of the repair on our dishwasher, he was a pleasure to deal with. First of all, he actually turns up when he says he will! A novelty to us after having to deal with different tradesmen who say they’ll come but don’t bother. Darren said there were a few possibilities that may be causing the fault and tested them out and found the best value way to repair our appliance. He had to order parts and gave us specific timelines on when they would arrive and kept in touch with my husband throughout the process. If you are looking for an appliance repair company look no further than Appliance Repairs North East. I hope we don’t need to but if we have any further problems with any of our appliances, these will be the first and only company we will call! Thank you Darren!

Next day service. Excellent communication on appointment times and when Darren was arriving. Professional and friendly service with the problem solved very quickly. All round great service.

Very easy to organise, good communication, the gentleman turned up when he said he would, was friendly and professional, fixed the problem as he had the parts with him, really pleased.

Replied to email quickly offering quick appointment. Arrived on time , completed the job without any problems. No mess left with very reasonable charge .Engineer was very friendly and I would have no hesitation in recommending.

An expert who is a nice guy with reasonable chargeses
I have called on Darren's service on three occasions now over a number of years. Not only is he a pleasant young man but he is an absolute expert in his field and his charges are reasonable.

Dishwasher fix
Was able to book a call out within a few days, they were very open about potential costs due to age of dishwasher but managed to fix it there and then without need for new parts. Would use again!

First rate service from initial call to assessment visit to final resolution of the problem. Everything was transparent and all promises kept. I would certainly use Darren again.

Great service, Darren was very quick at getting back with quotes etc. Easy online booking/payment service. Highly recommend Darren, he repaired 2 ovens and a dishwasher and all working great now
