Apple Support 

Une erreur de date sur la facture de leurs revendeur et un Ipad mini finie dans un tiroir. Il sont incapable de déplanter un de leur produit bloqué par une date ?

Personale gentilissimo,paziente e disponibile... avevo un problema mai riscontrato prima sull'ID APPLE ma l'operatore è stato molto paziente e insieme siamo riusciti a risolvere ogni problema.

Das ding ist keine Zwei Jahre alt, Display Pixelfehler rufe apple an die legen steine in meinem Weg weil Sie nicht reparieren wollen.

Super geholpen rond 10en door een vriendelijke, behulpzame meneer. Het betrof de studentenkorting en ik kreeg snel een uitgebreid antwoord (via mail, heel handig met mijn gatenkaas-geheugen)! Zeer tevreden, bedankt meneer S. Apple mag blij zijn met deze sterke collega :))

Der Reparatur-Support, mit Defekten die unter die Garantie fallen, ist eine absolute Frechheit. Mein iPhone 12 Pro Max wurde bereits zwei Mal von der Schweiz nach Tschechien geflogen, wo es eigentlich repariert werden sollte. Da wurde aber nichts gemacht, weil man den Fehler (Rück-Kamera vibrierte und knirschte beim versuch zu fokussieren) nicht reproduzieren konnte. Das Teil ist in 10 Tagen zwei Mal quer durch Europa geflogen und ich muss nun seit zwei Wochen mein altes iPhone verwenden.

Dem Support habe ich 4-5 Videos gesendet, wo man das Problem ganz klar sieht und auch aufzeigt, wie man es reproduzieren kann.

Unfassbar schlechter Support!

I wrote a review about the terrible customer service I received through live chat. It was really the worst experience. I spoke with a customer tech on the phone today, his service was excellent . My issue was resolved within 20 minutes. the tech was knowledgeable , and courteous. I feel the need to let it be known that Apple does have really good techs as well.

Nach einem 1,5 Stunden Telefonat konnte mein Problem tatsächlich gelöst werden. Es wurde nicht aufgegeben und alles dafür getan, dass ich meinen Laptop für die anstehenden Prüfungen nutzen kann.

Apple created a problem with my iTunes library when I moved countries and had to change stores. It mismatched my song titles and the music.

I contacted support and they passed me from person to person ... 4 times! At each stage, I had to re-explain the entire problem.

Finally, they promised to work on understanding the problem and to call me back and schedule a separate session.

They never called me back. They DID schedule a session ... but no-one from apple turned up for the scheduled session.

I STILL have mis-matched songs and song titles and apple have done nothing to resolve it.

If you ever running into trouble with iPhone, don't expect too much from the apple support most them cant even understand your question and waste most of your time for nothing. I recently having a problem with a software bug as every account I created is keep disable by the apple, I spoke to the support about 10 times already but they never solve this problem instead said I aginst their terms and condition without more explanation, is funny the same account can be used on other devices but not on my device. Instead answer and help customer, most of time they just ignorant people and fail to understand you. Apple is one to blame not the people who work for Apple.

My phone had a battery issue not lasting as it should and this is a known issue by apple, apple wanted me to send my phone by post,
The back glass had a crack in it so b4 I posted it I got the back glass professionally replaced, the same day I picked the phone up from the phone shop I refreshed the phone after testing it and put it in the box that apple sent to me, no damage at all to the phone, and posted it,
4 days later I get a call saying my phone is physically broken and I hadn’t reported the damage so I have a choice to repair the phone at a cost of £373.00 or get the broken phone returned,
Even tho I can prove the phone wasn’t broken when posted by the emails about my repair and the date and time of the repair completion of the back glass and the post receipt 2 hours later they still saying I posted the phone with the damage, no one wants to listen to me and they just fobbing me off,
When I got the phone back it’s in constant reboot and once again a cracked back, very annoying,
The service is awful and the staff verging on abusive,

PLEASE ONLY DEAL WITH APPLE SHOP IN PERSON DO NOT USE THEIR POSTAGE SERVICE

I bought a new IPad Air 4 support was woeful, the support technician could not resolve the problem software could not remember the login password. He identified a hardware problem but it was not hardware. He promised someone would call back but this has never happened. We are in lockdown so I can’t even go to the store to get my money back - still in limbo. Very disappointed in Apple and the lying tech who promised he had organised a call back.

Worst customer support and highly not recommended.2 weeks of the same problem. They promise to call back, escalate the issue and then nothing. I call back and explain the same thing every time with the same response. They don't care. They have plenty of customers and they show attitudes on call too.The senior advisor Ms Hanadi conveys her message but don’t have patience to listen to you and work on your option.Here are the details of your case. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ONLINE. If they lose your package they are NOT willing to help or replace and will circle you around over a month. For a company with so much money they’re absolutely disgusting.

Efter at have benyttet Apple produkter i næsten 40 år oplever jeg nu fantastisk dårlig service, min nye iphone 12 Pro har været til rep. i 4 uger, den er netop kommet retur, stadig defekt. Mon ikke det er tid til skift til f.eks. Samsung

Jeg forsøgte at ringe til Apple support i aften.
50 minutters ventetid og dårlig musik i ventetiden.
Dårlig stil.
Når der er så lang ventetid skal i altså tilbyde at man kan blive ringe op, for det er ikke alle der har tid til at vente på at i skal få fingeren ud og tage telefonen.

Wish I had read the reviews on this site before I turned over my macbook air to the genius bar in Holyoke, MA. They told me it would be 3 to 5 days to replace a keyboard. On the fifth day, I called and was told there's been a shipping delay and it would be a few more days. I can't get hold of anyone to talk to in the store, and, have not been notified of the status of the repair. Will reconsider buying an Apple product in the future.

On vs transfère à un service sans vous prévenir (ni merci ni au revoir ) tout en sachant que le service en question est fermé !!
Temps d’attente : 54 minutes ! Pour rien au final …
