We love Apollo
We love Apollo, have had it for 3 years. The whole family enjoys it. Only disappointing part is we lost sportsnet so have to listen to American broadcasters and find the game uou want to watch.

Customer service is not what it used to be.
Be aware that Apollo TV cannot handle current traffic on the TV app. Customer chat has been non existent lately with wait times for technical assistance very very long. I have been getting the spinning wheel of death for the VOD even though my internet speed is very high, and I cleared the cache for good measure. I have emailed them and will see how long that will take for them to get back with me. Just be aware, as it stands right now customer chat is non existent.

Why was I migrated over to Cable Rebel without my approval. I was fine with Apollo Group TV. I am unable to start a chat and I am unable to successfully update my service.

Since receiving Apollo I have save Money...
Since receiving Apollo I have save a lot of money and enjoyed watching shows and events I may not have been able to enjoy otherwise. I had an issue with payment portal but customer service was great at helping me. The only issue I have is that you can only pay with BTC. It makes it inconvenient when I refer people who do not have BTC. It would be easier for all payment options to be available.
