I love this TV streaming
I've had my subscription for 6 years. I love it. I can watch live TV anywhere even other country's. I can watch my sports channels reruns, new move releases, paid pre-views,etc. I love that it doesn't buffer or spend. All the channels are clear and sharp. I have start up show and I love it. You have to try it to believe for yourself....it's awesome

ApolloGroup.cc Support and What is CableRebel????
I will assume this may go to apollogroup.cc? There are more than 1 offerings with the name ApolloGroup. there is one that is apollogroup.cc and one that is apollogrouptv.com THEY ARE TWO DISTINCT AND SEPARATE OFFEINGS. Both of them will tell you the other site is a scam! Somehow attempting to renew my subscription to .cc I have now a subscription to both and was charged $159.00 for both. I have not accessed the apollogrouptv.com site and do not expect a refund, just on alert to not renew the annual subscription when it comes up. Recently on my .cc service I began getting a message when signing in on the TV and or the computer that I was receiving a Free VIP Upgrade for my loyalty. There was no selection to verify this selection and it had a several day countdown clock. When I still had access to the .cc Portal I would try to log in but all I would get is varying plays on this same message and how wonderful it was going to be - better service, better performance, etc, did not have to resign up as all login credentials and account info would be moved to the new VIP version. When the change happened I now cannot log into the Apollo Portal. There is just a message that i need to go to the CableRebel site (whatever that is as there was no warning the service had a new name???). I still do not know if CableRebel is real or if it is in fact the "VIP" site but what I do know is that I cannot login anywhere to get support...and oh by the way the supposed benefits of the "new VIP service" are not real. There are no sites to connect to, no email addresses, no phone numbers, no working Chat connection, NO NOTHING to get support from and I am confused and would love to hear from them. Has anyone else experienced this?
Dear ApolloGroup.cc…you may not understand how your own system works via the Customer interface. You want me to log into ApolloGroup.cc but I cannot. When I enter my login it says it no longer recognizes me ( I have 10 + months left on my current subscription). I can’t even get a chat session opened because the Chat wants to authenticate me as well, and that does not work either. Through all this my access continues to be available with all the buffering, edge server disconnects, etc that moving to the “VIP experience of CableRebel” was to eliminate. I have tried to get someone to call me or text or email a way to connect but I get no response. We are not done here.

I kept getting "Update" over and over…
I kept getting "Update" over and over again. After doing it several times, I read that I had to uninstall and reinstall the app.
I had great difficulty and asked support several times for assistance with no response. It's been two days, and there's still no reply.

Could never get installing new versions…
Could never get installing new versions corrected, Un-install and re-install is always the answer. And don't beleive the issue with Buffering, even with a VPN it buffers when there servwrs are overworked.

Obviously the price and availability of programming that we are offered is hard to beat. Where can I get service that cost the same for one year for what I was paying monthly to directv and offering more selections.There still is excess buffering especially on live sporting events but I feel that is somewhat improving. My customer service contact with Avery yesterday was five star as she helped answer all my questions and got me reupped for another year of service.

Variety and great customer service
There is so much variety and new shows to choose from we love this service. Our son referred us a few years ago. Customer service is always been helpful to me when I have issues. There may be minor glitches but nothing they don't fix. Always receive excellent help with anything. It's been great for us.
