5 years of annual renewals and overall I’ve been pleased with the service. Mid way through my last subscription year, there were some issues with buffering but the last 3 months were hassle free. Great streaming app! I have had it for over eight years and it has only gotten better since I first joined. I love the convenience to be able to travel with it and utilize it on my phone and iPad. I have recommended this application to family and friends.

The worst customer service Buffering all the time subscription ended they harrass me to rejoin promise me a new trial but dont give it stay away from these people. The incompetent people that will work their will reply come log into our account and we will help you. they take 10 minutes between answering and then tell you we cant help you. Horrible customer service and you can go days without service

Video on demand streaming is horrible…
Video on demand streaming is horrible at night. Maybe 5 minutes before buffering, black screen or other issues start. You can't reach support at night because they are overwhelmed. When you do reach support they want you to do the standard things: unplug router, restart firestick, dump cache, change players, install vpn, restart app, etc, etc, etc. Nothing works for long. But it's always my fault. Their service is "perfect." Been going round and round for 3 months.
The money savings is real, but the frustration is off the chart.
So, they submitted a nice boiler plate response and invited me to try their support again! Ha! What a joke! Over 2 hours in their chat support with no response. They suggest sending an email because of the overwhelmingly high demand for chat support (wonder why...) well guess what? The email comes back undeliverable!
These people are unbelievable.
