It took 2 months to get my shorts. I asked for updates and they would send me tracking links that did not work or show anything. When I finally got the shorts I would say the material is low quality and the don’t fit very well. Very disappointed and wouldn’t buy from them again.

It took like 7 weeks for the order to come. Two out of the three shorts have the zipper broken as of 2nd time wearing them. Nowhere near as good as the last version (2), which fell apart quickly and they, of course, did not make good on. Stay clear - bad, bad company.

Terrible still waiting for the package after about 3 to 4 weeks of ordering. Never got a confirmation email after purchase.

I purchased shorts in early July and they claimed they would arrive July 29-Aug 8. They never came and I reached out and they said they got overwhelmed and that it would be sent shortly. Again no arrival and I reached out again in mid August and it is Sept 8th and nothing. I have filled a claim with my Visa company to get my money back as this has been a very poor experience and warn others of this experience.

Ordered on July 8th waiting for package (July 18th to 22nd) for my brother's birthday on July 28th and they keep mentioning to check on status and nothing. They tell you oh we are running a special so we have to fulfill many orders. And the tracking app which is garbage I downloaded to track it and it does say anything. Even the number to contact didn’t work. Don't waste your time. Had to fill claim with PayPal because we got to 8 1/2 weeks still same song .... again and again.... I think they expect you to wait until Christmas 😂 good luck. 1 week after birthday date I was like ok maybe be a little patient but come on a month and 1/2 after my brother's birthday they either think you are stupid or they can drag it forever. Finally got refund. Thank God. Never dealing with them ever again.

Ordered about a month ago, paid the shipping fee and I’m still here waiting for the package. Not to mention the bogus tracking app I downloaded to track it and it tells me nothing. Even the number to contact didn’t work

Hi there, I have not received my order after a month.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company should be reported to the BBB. THEY ARE SCUMBAGS!! they obviously need my $100 more than I do. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I have purchased some other Apex athletic gear in the past and found it to be of good quality. This low rating is about customer service. This was my first attempt at purchasing online from them. It will be the last.

I received an email confirming my order had been shipped. It contained tracking information or so I thought. We are now 14 days clear of “shipping” and the tracking number provided is not attached to any package. No clue where the items are or if they were actually shipped.

I reached out to customer service to ask for accurate tracking information. The next day I received a polite email basically saying “we are busy at this time. The fact you don’t have accurate tracking is not our fault. You will get it when you get it.” They blamed the lack of accurate information on the fact the package is shipped to Canada. (This is inconsistent with any other international purchase/ shipping I have dealt with from reputable and non-reputable sellers.)

The response was not as blunt as laid out. It was written in polite and measured corporate speak. But nonetheless, the message was clear. They have accepted my money and possibly not shipped my purchased items. They were not interested in assisting me in obtaining accurate information or informing me of the location of my package. Again, not consistent with other online retailers. Despite this, I have received multiple requests to review their product. Annoying requests as I do not have the items and they had no interest in assisting in locating them when contacted.

So buyer beware with this company. Products might be great but I could not say. I have a sneaking suspicion I will never see these products. If you do buy, I hope your experience with customer service is better than mine.

This company is horrible. I issued a charge back after the zero communication from the company regarding shipping and upon dispute they fabricated an email and lied repeatedly about how they handled this. No one should give these clowns any money.

Ordered couple weeks ago. Still hasent shown up. Good feeling to know you’ve just been scammed

Still don't know when ill receive my package... no estimated date for delivery. Would not recommend
